Skinny jeans and a nice off white shirt. or a kinda loose off white dress. I think white and brown look good together.

I personally like them the way they are, they are really nice boots, but my suggestion would be getting them customized, there are stores who get custom fabrics, you pick any of your choice, and they will be sewed into the boots, or if your just looking to change the laces, you can buy all sorts of laces on ebay, amazon etc, best of luck :)

I dont think you should wear those boots. They're cute dont get me wrong but during the summer you wear dresses and skirts so they would look kinda bad and you would be hot. At night you could definitley wear them at since its cooler but, with jeans.
