What Did The Jews To To The Germans To Make Them So Mad

Why were the germans so angry at the jews?

I get wanting to control a race, I mean, that's why there are KFCs in white neighborhoods. What I don't get is what exactly the jews did to the germans to become their targets?

Do Germans still hate Jews?

OK now.
I really feel I have to explain something to you.

The Nazis hated the Jewish people. You know -Hitler and his gang.

There is a difference,a big one if I may say so and would be happy to point out to you and others who still not seem to understand

A German ,is most likely born in Germany and therefore has the nationality.

Like, you be may be born in the US and that makes you most likely an American.

A Nazi though is a Killer, Murderer, Psychotic never worth living Individual ,
okay!

I'm German.I'm not a Nazi. Therefore I do NOT hate jews or any other human being, race, religion, nationality
You are American? Are you and Indian-killer?Do you hate them?

Do you think this is an okay question?

I didn't think so either !

Many people from many different countries state lately.
O I hate those Americans. And they make All of them responsable of what is going on right now.Like the war in Irak,Financial Crises etc.
I say - It's not you or my neighbor here or any that lives here and tries to survive
.
It is the government!

And I tell each and everyone the same
Don't say I hate,first of all,say - I dislike
and second of all Don't say Those Americans.

You can say Bush and his gang.Or do you have anything to do with that?

See- I did Not vote for Hitler either!

You know there are still ,way to many people ,hating each other.
Hating jews (and there are non-germans that do so)blacks, yellow, green, purple(some people have none better to do than hate and they always find a reason to do so)

And yes I'm sure I will get thumbs down or some crazy comment again, but that's totally okay with me
Just tried to explain the most simple way I could think of
to let you and everybody know the fine line and big difference.

And yes I'm also sure that there are still some Germans who dislike jewish people
and I also know that the US has way more ,so called, Neo-Nazis than Germany does

Not only Greed,
it is Ignorance that keeps us apart.
If we need to fight-
then why don't we do so together
for something that makes sense

Like a better world or so hm?

Why did the Germans persecute the Jews?

Because Hitler thought that they(Jews) are pretending to take control over the world, and 'his obligation' was to stop them. And he also think of Jewish people as a dirty rase so they were at the bottom on his list of 'rase quality'.
Well,Hitler was a mad man and I don't know how he convinced all the Germans to kill Jewish people.

Do Jews hate Germans?

I am Jewish and German and well, that would be complicated. My family was murdered in the Holocaust and I feel the pain and sorrow not just as a Jew but as a human. I am not angry with Germans, I get angry with humanity. The reality is that while Germany was the main force of the Holocaust and WWII, they were not alone in their persecution of the Jews. We have been persecuted pretty much since the beginning of time. Adolf Hitler and his group took advantage of prejudice that was already there.Nazis found that people in Croatia and Serbia were too willing to help out with committing this genocide (adding Serbs and other groups to their list) and were told they needed to calm their methods. My family was murdered in the Rumbula Massacre in Latvia which was largely performed by the Latvian Police. Babi Yar wasn’t just Germans but Ukrainian collaborators.People are people. We all have the same opportunities to make decisions and some people choose to make mean or bad ones while others do not.I won’t lie; I do get angry sometimes. It is only recently that we learned the fate of some of my family thanks to the German Red Cross and it is hard. I get angry. It isn’t fair that I don’t have any cousins on that side of my family. It isn’t fair we don’t have our citizenship. My heart aches for the children that never grew up and my relatives that were so badly tortured and mistreated. It isn’t fair.BUT. Something that has helped me is to realize that some of the Germans and many of the collaborators did these things on the threat of death. Not so much the German soldiers but definitely a lot of the collaborators. How would you make a decision like that? Kill people you don’t even know or let the Nazis shoot your children? That isn’t really a choice that we can judge. We are all humans and there are terrible and wonderful things that we are all capable of.

Why are jews so mad about the holocaust?

Being mad is pointless, but remembering the lessons is important, just as remembering the lessons of slavery is also important.

That's where the similarities end:

1. For one, many Jews that suffered in the holocaust are still alive.

2. Others are from following generations that know what happened to their parents and grandparents and have visible reminders (tatooed numbers, yellow stars of David)

3. Lessons have NOT been learned. We see anti-semitism alive and well in Germany, Russia and the mid-east. Especially in the mid-east there are nutjobs calling for their extermination on a daily basis.

Fortunately, Blacks in America do not have the same kind of similar open issues that relate so closely to slavery.

Are you still angry with Germany because of WW2?

No. That would be a little silly. It would be the same as still being mad a Russia because they were not part of the original allied alliance and invaded Finland. It is all history and let us pray we learn a valuable lesson from that history. I have learned a great deal about foreign countries in the past year and I have found that we are really not so different, but that everyone brings "something good to the table" so to speak.

How do modern-day Jews feel about Germans, and vice-versa? Do they harbor any resentment toward them?

Well, I am a German Jew. I identify more closely with my German heritage as I speak the language and am moving back there this September but my family was persecuted and murdered by the Nazi Regime. Another branch of my family served in the Wehrmacht & SS. That’s another story…I don’t really feel any hostility or resentment towards Germans and I hope that the average German doesn’t harbor guilt or hatred towards Jews. It has been decades since the end of World War II and while our communities have undoubtedly changed because of it, we can’t hold that against one another as 95% of us had nothing to do with WWII.As a Jew, I have been angry, I won’t lie. My family had lived in what is now Germany since the 1600s, some even longer (Baden area). Why would we have no more reason to live in Germany than those who were Catholic? Or Protestant? Am I any less German?I get angry in thinking about my cousin Siegbert being deported and shoved into cattle cars from Thereisenstadt to Auschwitz to Dachau where he died. I was angry seeing his name and prisoner number on a record sheet. I was angry when I saw that an entire family unit was murdered upon arrival to Sobibor. I was angry when I saw that other members of my family had been murdered in the Rumbula Massacre and Riga Ghetto. I was angry at the men that took them away and hurt them. The world isn’t black and white. Germans aren’t all bad because some of them did bad things. Latvians aren’t all bad because some of them participated in mass murders.People are pretty much the same wherever you go. I have no reason to hate Germans, I don’t think. I am more outraged at humanity than any nationality that hurt my family. It’s important to know that while some people committed these atrocities because they are sadists, other felt they had to or their family would be harmed. You can’t really judge someone’s choice over whether they could kill someone they don’t know or allow their family to be abused and die.Germany has admitted and owned their crimes of the Second World War. That is more than you can say about other countries that were guilty of war crimes like Japan and Croatia.Germany’s education system ensures that their public is aware of what happened, how it happened, and that it was committed and experienced by people just like you and I. Their education system takes school kids to camps and ghettos so they understand the scale of the Holocaust.

What are Jewish attitudes toward the Germans? Is it OK for a Jew to travel to Germany?

@Dean: that's interesting, what you wrote. So Jews generally absolved German nation of the nazi crimes. Then how would you explain the negative attitude of many Israeli and American Jews towards Poland? Suddenly Germany is not guilty but Poland still is? Was Hitler Polish? Were Wehrmacht Polish army? Was "national sozialismus" Polish idea?
