i feel awful i have pressure in my head and i dont know how to escape guilt... see i asked my mom for 40 to buy ipod ear phones, case and some chunky if possible. anyways i wore everything my coat and some one's shoes i dunno, so i ran downstairs yelling for for money to go to walmart i wanted my mom to give me money so i can go shopping and i was ready, so i asked my dad first he said he doesnt ask ur mom, then i went to the basement and asked my mom, she said why i said i wanted to go shopping then afterword....'things happened not importnt, then my mom said well all go together, then she came up and said well go to carlingwood mall, i said noo i want 40 dollers then she said i dont have money the check isnt here yet, i said i want macdonalt then she said no if u guys want come tell me downstairs i said nooo.. OK so i went down stairs she was sleeping and her sister and her sister's daughter were watching tv soundly, so i went up again and my dad come down to eat something....so i said mama and she was awake i wore and i took her bag in one arm hoping shed id show her so she can take out the money but she said she doesnt have and then i took the bag in the other hand and soundly went i pretended to watch tv while i wasnt in the tv angle anyways and went to the kitchin counter, took the card and put the bag in the coat closed, i panicked about putting in it under the table buy as i went out my mom said where u going? i said to buy poutine, she said wait do u have money and i just went and walked quickly to wallmart I BOUGHT - a brain age 2 - song ps with ratched and clank pakage silver - earphones -ipod case - god of wars chains of olympus and total was 323 somthing...... so i went thinking she was gonna come after me and say give me vredit card back everything time i see a dark woman id say she came for me as i was walking outta the store i was hoping to see a car waiting with them saying wat did u buy and return it, so...i went to pizza pizza and disguised the stuff in pizza food disguise, and so i bought thhe poutine and went home i hid the stuff in my room and came to put the card back but it was gone i asked my mom's ssister where she was and knew i was cought but i called and said to her i baught poutine only after she confornted me on the phone, she said dont do it again and thats it.....SHE DOESNT KNOW..

Glad you are afraid. Be very afraid. Of course, she will find out - at least where the money was spent. Someone has to pay for it. It will be on her bill/statement/online statement. If she doesn't shop at the stores listed - or knows how much she spent at the stores listed - she can fail a fraud case with the credit card company. Who - in turn - will eventually find out it was you. Why did you think just because she left it home - it was yours to use? The money you spent isn't the half of it. You have just lost any trust and respect your mother had for you. Not likely she will trust you again for a very long time. How are you going to feel when she decides she needs to keep her stuff under lock and key to keep things away from a thief child.

i live in the US, my best friend and her family moved to the UK because her dad got a job there (long story) and my mom said i could visit over the weekend. she said because im 18 i can travel on my own so the plan would be that she would drop me off at the airport and i could go. the thing is i dont have a credit card but my mom said i could use hers. im just wondering, at the airport would they ask for it or match the credit card holders name with mine to see if it was the same person or something?

Now it depends on the nature of what you are buying. First, if it is expensive she's more likely to notice and read her statement for errors. Second, if this is a "adult" item or "illegal" item, it may have a privacy option where they will list it on the statement as something generic or otherwise misleading. Like there is a sex toy shop that sells their stuff and it comes wrapped like candy and it says candy on the statement. However, credit card fraud is a federal offense and I do not advice you do it.
