You might even consider wearing a holiday sweater (with some sequin trim) if it's not too "showy". A nice blouse or dressy sweater is always good. If the party's more or less casual, the jeans are fine. If not, wear some nice slacks. The heels are a good idea. They will look dressy.

Nothing too short or too revealing. Before you go dress shopping try to find out how formal the wedding is. Your dress should match the formality. Bring a trusted friend or your mom shopping with you. No flip flops as shoes, dress shoes that you are comfortable dancing in should be worn. Since you are only 14 no one will be expecting a lavish gift from you. I would get something affordable from their registry. It is perfectly okay if you drop off the gift a few days before the wedding. A gift card is also a thoughtful gift.
