What do you think about the name Starla, nn Star?

I love the name Star, but I think Starla will work better when she's an adult, plus I think it is a cool name. Not too weird, but will definitely be the only one in her class. What do you think?

Any middle name suggestions? Thanks!!!

Cute or porn star name?

A little girl in the hospital was named Journey. I thought it was a really cute and unique name. My husband thought it sounded like a porn star name. What do you think?

What does everyone think of Jenna Jameson(the porn star) being pregnant?

I'm just curious what peoples opinions are even though it's none of our business and our opinions don't matter. I don't think being a porn star would mean that she would be a bad mother as far as taking care of the baby goes, but I do htink it would be really bad having a porn star (or former pornstar) as a mom. Those children will be tormented and can you imagine seeing a porn somewhere and there is your mom having sex!!! That would be nasty and humiliating,etc...
Like I said, I know its none of my business and I really could care less, I'm just curious what other peoples opinions are on this and I also think this would make for a great opposing views research paper for my upcoming composition 2 class as well....
so let's hear your opinions....

Why does a porn star have stage names?

Generally in the beginning of their career, it’s so they can more easily step away from the industry and not have their real name tied to their career. If they ever decide to get out of the business, they’ll likely have to get a job. Many employers will do a quick background search on new employees. If entertainers use their real name, they’ll quickly have their past brought up and it could easily hinder them with getting a job in a different field. So they use a fake identity.Of course after creating a persona and becoming popular in the adult world, it’s in their best interest to keep their stage name as to not confuse fans.Strippers do the same for similar reasons. They typically perform in their own town if not a nearby town. They have regulars and so on. If they used their real name, you’d get a few creeper guys trying to find them outside of this profession, and this could cause lots of trouble and a very hairy situation for the entertainer. So they all use stage names to protect their lives off the stage and away from the camera. This also allows them to say “What I did on camera as Cinnamon Diamond, was Cinnamon Diamond. What you’re seeing in person out in public is Jade Mendez. The two are totally different people”.**Cinnamon Diamond and Jade Mendez are both names I quickly made up on the fly

How can I become a porn star?

Its actually much easier than most people would ever imagine. Assuming your a good looking, bubbly, busty, 18–30 year old woman. Or a decent looking guy, with a six pack, 8+ inches, and the ability to “perform,” on que, sometimes for as long as 8 hours straight, multiple days in a row. My longest day shooting was 16.5 hours. So, if you meet the above criterion, here’s what you do -Visit your favorite porn site, or the site of the studio you hope to work for. Scroll to the bottom of the page (usually the home page) to the fine print. Buried somewhere down there, you will find a link that says “become a model” click on it. Fill out and submit the applications as directed, then wait.Only apply to one studio at a time. If they like your application, they will call you for an interview. If that goes well, they will book you. Sadly, the industry is in a downward tailspin, inevitably destined to crash and burn. There is too much free content out there and too many people who want to be pornstars. The result is no one buys memberships or pays for porn anymore. Thus studios aren’t making money, in turn they can’t afford to pay models what they used to. Lucky for the producer though, there’s a never ending line of people so desperate to be famous that they will work for practically nothing. In 2012 when I started, I got paid $3000 per scene. The last offer I got, which I turned down, was 4 scenes for $1200 total. With that said though, the big name studios will still fly you out to location and pay a decent rate. IDK about women at the moment, but on average, guys are getting $200–400 per scene for straight scenes and $800–1500 for gay scenes. It does help to have a social media presence. But don’t post a bunch of nude pics of yourself. Make people pay for that ish!!In my experience, the industry really isn’t the soul sucking epitome of evil personified that social convention and stereotypes would have you believe. Ive always been treated well, and you should expect the same. But stay humble, and out of drama. The industry is only so big, and it’s fairly close knit, people talk.Good Luck

What is your alter ego porn name?

Karamel Skye. With a "K". And an "E". Because.-------------I had to research this one. Choosing the right one was hard. When I analyzed 5,000 reviews of escorts, I worked out that the most common name for a woman working in the sex industry in the U.K. (on the escorting side of it, anyway) is Chloe. I was therefore pretty excited to find out what the most common porn star names are, given that these too are self-selected pseudonyms. Do adult performers use the classic ‘combine your first pet’s name with the street you grew up on’ method? (Pud Rutland—at your service!) Or is there another method to the creation of their alter-egos? Nikki Lee and David Lee—the most common first and last names of porn stars. A nice coincidence that they share the same last name. It means if these hypothetical hedonists were to marry, a name change wouldn’t be needed.Female porn stars definitely seem to choose last names that evoke notions of femininity, sexiness and sweetness (Love, Star, Rose), while men go for stronger, more masculine ones (Steel and Stone) Deep Inside - A Study of 10,000 Porn Stars-------------Oh. And from a historical perspective Historical Porn Names Walt Jizzney (1901-1966)You're welcome.
