FBO means "for benefit of" which is something I do not think you would see unless you inherited an IRA (from someone other than a spouse) in which case in needs to remain in the name of the deceased FBO the named beneficiary in order to retain its tax deferred status. Not sure what you mean by "custodian" of the IRA (usually it is a trustee), but if you are managing it for someone, maybe it is listed in your name FBO the person it is actually for.

The custom stall is the torque converter in the trans. The stock stall speed on a converter is around 1500-1900 rpms. On a stall converter your stall speed depends on all your bolt-ons and cam.
