What Does It Mean For Something To Have Evolved Multiple Times

POKEMON (Emerald): Can Evolution Stones be used multiple times?

Once you use a leaf stone, it's like a potion or rare candy, it gets used up. But you get more from 2 places: The Diving Treasure Hunter that lives on route 124 and Route 119.

MTG Putting out multiple creatures while having a creature with evolve out?

So lets say i have a 1/1 fathom mage out, then i play howl of the night pack with 5 forests out, so i get 5 2/2's. Will the first wolf enter giving fathom mage a counter, and then the other wolves wont give it counters because the wolves are no longer bigger, or would it be like all 5 are bigger than the fathom mage and they all enter at the same time so it gets 5 counters?

What do homeobox genes suggest about the evolution of different eyes in different organisms?

In 1994, Walter Gehring discovered the eyeless gene, which guides formation of fruit fly eyes. As an experiment, Gehring put a mouse's eyeless gene into a fruit fly, resulting in normal fruit fly eyes. The same holds true for homeobox genes for wings, legs, even heads. This discovery indicates that animals descended from a single common ancestor that passed along to them a set of homeobox genes, used to build a wide variety of forms from just a few basic body plans.

Does convergent evolution make Evolution seem ridiculous to anyone else besides me??

In 9th grade, they say, "Hey, homologous characteristics, evolution must be true" then in college they say, "well, actually the new field of molecular genetics is rearranging the trees. now the homologous characteristics are actually just analagous." So... despite the fact that the odds of getting a four-chambered heart from a three-chambered heart are bad enough for it happening once (seeing as how you have to get enough random mutations in the DNA that just HAPPEN to translate into another whole heart chamber)... now they're asking me to believe it happened twice, in two different evolutionary branches???? Do those odds seem silly to anyone else?? And that's just one example. This crazy phenomenon of 'convergent evolution' has happened hundreds of times. Evolution doesn't even make sense to me anymore!!
