What Does It Mean When You Pee And When You Wipe Its Blood Coming From Down There And You Are Not

What does it mean when you have blood clots in your urine?

Previous responder was accurate. Maybe due to most importantly cancer somewhere in the urinary tract all the way from kidneys to the urethra (which is the tube urine passes from the bladder to outside the body), urinary stones, inflammation (eg. interstitial cystitis), foreign bodies, infection, trauma. Absolute indication for professional evaluation and treatment. DO NOT WAIT FOR IT TO CLEAR UP!! Cancers in the urinary tract notoriously stop bleeding temporarily, only to show up later when it has progressed!urinary stones, infection and

While I have my period, the blood only comes out when I urinate. Is something wrong?

I see an answer about a very small opening.I would also suggest a very different possibility. You may be a woman who naturally has extremely light periods. Different women have periods that differ in the flow. I was shocked once when I read on the internet about a woman who does not use pads at all, and only ever has a slight bit of menstrual products during sleep on her upper thighs. Like droplets only. For her that is also normal. What I would suggest is that the very small amount of menstrual products has flowed out of your vagina but because there is hardly any, it has collected in the folds of your labia. When you pee, the urine washes it out.To decide if this is the case, next time you have a period, before you actually urinate, take a piece of toilet paper and gently dab your vulva, around the labia and so on. My guess is that there will be menstrual products (blood-like) there. It is said that the average woman in total may have a loss of up to 30 to 40 mL in their entire period, which is not a lot, when spread over three to seven days.Even if you were a bit lighter than this, losing perhaps 15 to 20 mL every month, it is quite feasible that this small amount could become trapped in the labial folds.Count yourself lucky. For 47 years, I had heavy periods. This would be typical for me. For around 4 days at the start, I would say it was heavy. When I started using a menstrual cup which held over 30 mL when filled to the brim, the cup would fill three times during the waking hours. As well as that, I would soak at least one overnight pad used for back-up during the day. At night, the cup would be full. And the pad. And there would be more on my pyjamas, and even more on a thick towel I would lie on to protect my sheets. The last three days were not as heavy, and a cup would be fine, not full, after 8 or 10 hours.

It hurtswhen I wipe... does that mean I have some kinda infection ?

im a virgin, im 17, and i never masturbated but for like 5 days or so i been goin' to the bathroom and after i wipe it doesnt hurt, like its not super painful but its this lingerin', very uncomfortable feelin'....i've never had it before, and after awhile it goes completely away and comes back when i go to the restroom again, could it been an infection ??? like yeast or somethin' ?? im kinda freakin out and i'm scared.....help

When I'm on my period, I urinate blood clots. Why?

If blood clots are coming in your urine then it's a major issue. Go see a doctor. But, my first guess is that it's your normal menstrual clot and not actually in urine. Urine and menstrual blood comes out of two different holes. So, next time this happens to you, just take a closer look.1. Again, If it is coming in urine, go see a doctor right away.2. If it's a small clot (almost size of a quarter), then ignore, it is normal( Refer to other answers for why it's normal).  If it's bigger and you are having heavy bleeding, like a pad change every hour  - not normal - Go See A Doctor.

Why is there more blood when I wipe then what's on my pad?

Well, like the others said, this is totally and completely normal! It happens to everyone. My first guess would be that pads are made to absorb more, opposed to toilet paper. All of the blood passing from your body to the pad is absorbed throughout the pad. On the surface of the pad, it may seem that there may not be much blood, but under the surface, I'm sure there's a good amount. Like I said, all of the blood stays on the surface of the toilet paper, making it seem like more. Just take it easy, and don't worry. You're fine. :)

It hurts so much when I pee. And when I wipe, there's a faint color of blood. Is it a UTI?

It sounds like UTI to me. But why can't you see a doctor? Some UTIs are hard to get rid of without antibiotics because there could be many different kinds of bacteria that caused it. If left untreated, the infection can continue to spread up the urinary tract, causing an infection in your kidneys.

However, some ways you can try to get rid of it include drinking some 100% cranberry juice or cranberry tablets. Basically push fluids to wash the urinary tract out (Water is important). Eat some blueberries, non acidic foods such as yogurt, garlic, radish. Avoid acidic foods because it can irritate your bladder more. These include coffee, tea, lemon, tomatoes. Also avoid dairy products, sugars, spicy foods, and alcohol.

My pee is not red but when i wipe the toilet paper is red is this my period?

No, Your "pee" isn't red, if you think it is, its blood mixed with urine. Your blood comes out of your vagina, and your urine comes out of your bladder "hole". Its your period, and the discharge thats brown is just older blood. it will sometimes be this color.

I would suggest going to "Beinggirl.com" and click on the period box to find out more!

My butthole is bleeding when i wipe there. What should I do?

The skin around that hole is very sensitive and can tear easily (as many women experience with anal sex!). If you wiped too much or too hard, you may have just irritated/tore the skin a little bit. Don't worry, it's not uncommon! It should stop on its own soon (if it hasn't already).

If there's still blood present within a day or two (and you're sure it's from the incident today, not a new incident where you wiped too hard again) then you can go see a doctor.

But honestly, it will stop on its own soon. Save yourself the worrying - it's fine!
