Are you finding out who your real friends are by planning your wedding?
Just wondering what other brides' experiences have been like. I'm finding that a lot of my friends are great to hang out with, but when I have to rely on them for something in helping with my wedding planning, they don't come through. Like my MOH completely dropped the ball on planning my bridal shower, and now my bridesmaid is doing everything instead. Also, I had a bridesmaid (someone I thought was a really close friend) drop out of the wedding 2.5 months before. Is anyone else seeing this? Is it making you doubt your friendships, or think that maybe you are growing up faster than the rest of your friends now that you're getting married? I'm starting to think growing apart with friends is natural at this point in life, but it's still sad. Thanks for your answers!
