What does processed through usps sort facility mean?
I ordered a gift last monday and it was shipped by DHL but they transferred it over to the USPS and I will be picking it up at my local post office. Right now it says its in a city about 2 hours away from me and has been processed through the sort facility. That was put on there at like 4 am saturday and nothing has changed since. What exactly does this mean and when can I expect my package to get to my post office?

I worked about 19 years in three different Distribution Centers. As a Mail Handler you do lots of physical work, lifting, moving, loading and unloading. It kept me in good physical shape. As a Clerk, the work is lighter, but you are more stationary. I enjoyed being a Mail Handler.
