First they will shut your service off, add on an early termination fee (anywhere from $100-250) then they will attempt to collect the debt themselves. If you still haven't paid, they will then sell it to a collection agency. For the likely relatively small amount they probably won't go to court to get a judgement but they will enter on your credit report. The result of that is refusal of service if you try to get a cell phone with another company, refusal of service or a large deposit for telephone, cable, electric, gas, possible denial of rental application for a place to live, denial of credit cards or much higher interest rates and/or exorbinent fees................................hypo... of course

You have a Bill Cycle date. That ONLY changes upon your consent when you call them or go to their store. But if you pay early, then you simply pay early... and thats a good thing with contract postpaid accounts... paying early increases your LTV score (Life Time Value----yes wireless carriers give you a score based on your payment and credit/adjustment history---the more money they make off of you in a short time--the higher your score).. so you pay early... over a course of months, you can increase your score.. that was probably redundant info, but hey, i try to educate you all on the "inner circle". LOL Also, if I paid my phone bill on the 1st will MetroPCS try to charge me again on the 15th? ----------------------- if you paid 8-15 bill on 8-1, then your good until 9-15 bill----which i assume you'll pay on 9-1 (early again)... then another bill on 10-15, which you''ll pay on 10-1.... LOL LOL LOL Basically, you have the same due dates (the 15th of every month)... but your household budget says to pay it on the 1st of every month with all your other bills... if thats what you wanna do, then you good to go like taco bell... your just paying 14 days early! Of course they can. That number isn't YOURS, it's THEIRS. You were renting it from them. If you don't pay your rent on time, your landlord evicts you and rents the apartment out to someone else. Likewise, stop paying your phone bill for too long and they disconnect your line and reallocate it to another paying customer.

The company will a notice for the outstanding dues with heavy penalty and if in spite of the notice if one fails to fails to pay the dues, company will go to the court for the breach of contract and its not necessary to mention that first outgoing and later on incoming calls are stopped.
