What If My Mom Over Stayed Her Visa But She Moved Back What Are Some Ways To Get Her Back To The

If my mom married a u.s. citizen and moved to the u.s. does she become a u.s citizen?

Let's start from the beginning. Getting married to a U.S. citizen does not give you permission to even visit the U.S., let alone become a citizen.

First she will need a K3 visa to enter. If she tries to enter on a tourist visa she will be in violation of the law. Once she has her K3 visa (currently taking about 5 months) she will come to the U.S. and apply for a green card (Adjustment of Status). Once she has held her green card for 3 years she can apply for citizenship.

If you are under 21 and not married, your mom's husband can include you on her K3 petition. If you are not under 21 or are married, there is no chance for you to come with her at this time.

The other option is to apply for residency from her country and wait there until she receives her green card. This process takes much longer and most folks avoid it.

You can find the complete steps for the K3 visa at the link below.

Good Luck

My mother says alone in US she wants me to come and stay with her what would be the procedure for that?

slap jackie Yeah... mom has subject concerns in case you probably did no longer be attentive to. jointly as she loves you and knows she mandatory to look once you in the time of your sessions of maximum cancers/ailments she became into no longer the concentration of interest. you're saying you truly are a sick individual in the different case i could wager at Munchausen with the help of Proxy Syndrome on your mom. Now that she's been long previous a jointly as, how ya feelin? (bodily, no longer mentally). the two way, mom needed the attention... "undesirable you, your newborn is sick and ought to die." "God bless you costly, how do you cope?" "I as quickly as had a brilliant Aunt Myrtle, who knew a woman whose daughter had what she has." ok, according to hazard no longer the final one, yet you get the assumption. What mom truly mandatory became into some treatment. according to hazard you are able to set up some counseling for your self and mom. If mom won't come around a minimum of choose for your self and your dad. You adult adult males seem putting the relaxing in dysfunctional. good luck.

Boyfriend let baby mother move in?

A 'decent' guy who has kids from a previous relationship will want to spend time with his children and that usually includes communicating with their mother and being with her from time to time. Now, bringing her into his home and living with her? That's a different story. They have a romantic past. They are not going to simply be 'roommates'. He's not going to be honest with you about that. You are allowing this guy to use you, most likely for sex and whatever else he gets from you for free (...I sincerely hope you do not become his 'babymother #2'...). He IS treating you as if you're 'the other girl'. It's only been 2 months and he's not the only guy in the world. My advice is to drop him TODAY. Look at any mistakes made and lessons to be learned. Want and deserve better for yourself. Never let this happen to you again.

But something else: Never forget that you have your own child who is watching you as you choose to let all of this unnecessary 'mess' into your life. Men should not be staying the night in your home, and especially with only two months and no REAL commitment. Do you care that your child learns about men and women and relationships watching you and the choices you make, that every choice you make affects your child and his or her development in so many ways? Sorry for the harshness, but I personally find that disgusting and poor judgement on your part. You need to focus more on your child's best interests. You do not need this guy.

Should I still visit my mom?

Only you can decide,my mum walked out several times on my abusive dad , leaving 6 kids me being about 1 , back in the 60s70s there was nowhere for wiv to go with kids for help , so she left and us kids were split between care and grandmother and dad my mum eventually went to Canada and remarried a Canadian man and came for a visit every few years, I saw her a few times and when my dad was nearby would make me turn away, I wasn't allowed to know her side of the family, my dad remarried and had another son but remained violent, I had enough and ran away from home aged 17, I next saw my mum aged 21 she stayed almost a day with mei split from my husband after 18 yrs and my mother left him and came back to Englandmy current husband encouraged me after all that time to get back with her, we became very close and loving and had 14 years getting to know each other, she told me her side of the story,im glad we could talk and she became a mum grandmother and great grandmother, she died 2 days after our 12th wedding anniversary after crying and alone and 300 miles away,my advice there are many sides to a square any many sides of regrets, life stinks sometimes and is too short to be bitteronly YOU can decide, good luck

My Mom is Stuck in Syria with an expired green card ! its war there now. how can she come back to the US ASAP?

If she hasn't been in the US for 5 years, she no longer has a green card no matter what the expiration date is. She abandoned her green card when she stayed out of the US for so long.
She will have to start the process over from the beginning. If you are a citizen, you will have to petition for her.
I assume your siblings also have green cards since you said they were residents. If they have been out of the country the same amount of time, they too have lost their green cards.
None of them will be allowed to re-enter the US any time soon.

What if u fail to marry in within 90 days with us fiance visa?

My friend came to America using a fiance visa, when she got here she changed her mind and decided not marry. She left her fiance's custody and moved to her mother's custody, her mother is a temporary permanent resident and havent stayed in the US at least two years. Last February the 90 days wass over and she is till staying in the US in her mom's house. Is she now a TNT? I think she doesnt want to go back to her country, what will happen to her when the fiance visa has expired already. Do you think her mom will be in trouble when they find out she is staying with her ( her mom just got in the US last year using a fiance visa but in her case she got married but she has not live in the US for at least 2 years for her to be called a permanent resident.

When should someone move out of their family home?

My parents have quirky ways, I’ll admit it. One rule they staunchly declared but could never 100% enforce - be at home before 12 midnight - every night. What!At the time, my siblings were approaching or were over 21 years old.For me, that was the deal breaker. I moved out at 20. I could see those rules getting increasingly unbearable. If my mom & dad wanted, they would keep us home forever - I think they feared for our safety, but their methods were mostly insane, lol. When do you move out? When you are ready, meaning: Be responsible & properly prepare your exit. Prevent having to move back to your parent’s home.I didn’t want to upset my parents or give them a chance to sabotage my efforts:I gave myself 6 months to a year to accomplish my goal. I learned to be patient with my situation and be frugal, learn how to cook, clean, etc. I Didn’t ask them for money.I got a day job. I worked extra hours if offered.I invested in a P.O. box (temporarily).I opened a savings account and saved like there was no tomorrow. Bank statements went to my P.O. box not my parents home.A tiny storage room store my apartment stuff; I’d buy kitchen utinsels, good used (small) furniture from the Salvation Army & extra bedding, etc. NOTE: Make sure to keep up your storage payments. I went to make a payment at the office, a tenant had been locked out his storage room for non-payment, eesh.I took my time, and found a fairly ok studio near my job & near the busline, lol. Then I quietly…moved. And I invited them, my siblings & friends to my mini party!I lived alone for a minute, then my brother moved in and we shared the rent! He used to bring home fish & chips from his resturant job, it was so good!We both came to a conclusion that rules actually work such as:RULE # 1 - No one lives at this apt for free. They must pay 1/2 of the rent on the first of the month (in dollars only). Handy work or good intentions don’t apply here.RULE # 2 - No boyfriends or girlfriends can stay, otherwise Rules 1 & 3 apply to them.RULE # 3 - No partying or coming home in the wee hours of the morning during a work week, ever.

My parents have a visitor visa which allows them to stay in the US for 6 months only. Is there a way they can stay here longer?

You have not indicated your own US immigration status, how long you do want your parents to stay or from which country your parents came, all of these may affect the answer. Some options may be:If you are a US citizen living in the US and you want your parents to stay in the country indefinitely, you can apply for immediate greencard for your parents using form I-130. Please make sure you do not implicate your parents with a case of fraudulent entry to the US - look for the 30/60/90-day rule.If your parents want to temporarily increase the length of their stay, they can apply for an extension using form I-539.If neither is the case, one of your parents may receive a temporary visa to stay in the US, e.g. as a student or a temporary worker.Your parents may apply for asylum (should they qualify).Your parents may receive a greencard through substantial investment in the US.Please note I am not a legal professional. Make sure you research your options and/or consult with a lawyer before acting.

My stepmom is cheating on my dad, what should I do?

I know that she is cheating. I have hated her since I was younger ( I am 16 at the moment ) because she is a god damned gold digger. She moved out a month or two ago because she said she needed to take care of her mom but I really think she is lying. She had been leaving every weekend to go to "a friend's house" but always stayed the night which I thought was suspicious. She comes back like every week and takes more and more out of the house, like plants, antique clocks, mirrors and **** which she didn't even buy. I act like I am not bothered but I am, and I do not think my dad realizes that. She also got him very far in debt and he will never get out of it because she had very high tastes. She forced him to buy a fancy new car ( 2011 Ford Fusion ) made him get her a van, and buy several things she does not even need. Me and my siblings all hate her, think she is a dumb *****. Another habit she has is getting very drunk. My mom and I talk all the time about how big of a ***** she is, she is abusive to all of us. Me and my sister plan on telling my dad this weekend about it because it is messed up not to tell him. I have no clue what to do, I feel so nervous.

When you told your parents you were moving out, how did they react?

I moved out about 12 years ago when I went to college, I was 18.I had to prepare my father for about an year in advance,  because he's really attached to me and we was trying to convince me to stay with them. But I did it,  it was a bit hard for my father but he ended up understanding it and supporting me. Let me just contextualize you: here in Portugal,  parents don't wean off their kids when they're 18, unless they want to go to a college far away,  which was my case. Still, most of the times here parents support their expenses until they get a job,  which is most of the time after finishing the graduation. My parents supported me economically until I was 24 -  here it's pretty much normal and acceptable. When I was about 27,  I lost my job and after 6 months searching and finding nothing that would pay a minimum wage (530 euros),  my parents proposed me to work in their retail stores. My father is getting old and tired (he got sick and he's not 100% recovered yet)  so why not help them and I get a job? The only con is that they only could pay me like 250 to 300 euros per month,  but since I got living back with them, they pay for the food and bills, I got much less expenses so that's perfectly fine for me. Now I'm 30, and despite the willingness of my parents to help me out (and I've been helping them in their business)... I want to have my own place and live with my boyfriend. But  for that, I would need to get a full time job that could pay me the minimum wage (at least) and leave the one I'm in with my parents.I explained this to my father and he got really sad.  He says he will miss me a lot and it will break his heart that I will leave them, but I need to get off and find something else. He accepted it after a while and sometimes helps me look for jobs now. My mother says she's sad too,  but she wants to see me happy. So,  I hope I get back to my own place until September, I'm looking for jobs allover everyday to get my life going more like I was  expecting it to be in my thirties :)
