What Is A Good Team For Pokemon X And Y

I have pokemon x and y is my team good?

On pokemon X, get that magikarp up to level 20 fast to a Gyarados. Aside from that, on Quilladin replace either bullet seed or vine whip for needle arm, it's a much better move. On pokemon Y, Lucario's moveset is a little unbalanced. for one, it's all fighting. I'd suggest making it a coverage lucario. If it's attack oriented, have it know Extremespeed, Close Combat, Power-up Punch and Metal Claw. If Sp.Atk oriented, have it know Aura Sphere, Metal Sound, Psychic and Focus Blast. Tyrantrum's ability Strong Jaw gives it a 50% boost to biting moves, so it should know Crunch or breed another with something like Ice Fang, Fire fang, Thunder Fang, Poison fang, etc.
Gengar should know something poison, either sludge bomb or a Toxic-Venoshock combo. Same with Greninja, have it know any dark type move for STAB and coverage. Finally, having your Greninja know water pledge isn't that useful unless Blaziken and Venusaur know Fire Pledge and Water Pledge.

Is this a good Pokemon X and Y team?

That is a good all around team. Greninja(water starter) can learn ice beam to give even more type diversity. Of course you're gonna want to evolve honedge into aegislash. Tyrantrum is a strong solid pokemon with good attack. If you super train them and give them good moves, you will have a diverse team that can easily cover any opponent.

Is this a good team for Pokemon X and Y?

Yes, amazing team! BUT DUDE KALOS REGION!!
Take advantage of the new Pokemon! You only got one 6 gen pokemon! D:
Take Dragonite for example. Dragon/Flying type. But where exactly where you get a dratini? You can get Noibat, a 6 gen pokemon, that evolves into Noivern which is another Dragon/Flying type. Use some of the new pokemon! Like Helioptile which is electric/normal. But this is my opinion, do whatever you want! :)

You can find Noibat in Terminus Cave

Whats a good POKEMON X or Y team?

Starter-Greninja

Idk what charizard to get. (Dont have the game yet) which is better? Im not interested in moves like dragon dance or stealth rock, just attack moves. also Should I make charizard learn fly? if not who should i learn fly to? salamence, aerodactyl? i also only want 2 mega evolutions in my party. i basically want a strong team for the pokemon league. should i get aggron or tyranitar? im thinking of getting aurorus in my team as a dragon destroyer. form me a team with this list of pokemon because these are the pkmn im considering on my team.

if you can think of other pokemon to form a team plz let me know. i want a scizor on my team so bad but i cant have the scizorite until the end of the game, unless someone can trade me. The reason why i can get alI these pkmn is because i have soul silver, heart gold, diamond, pearl, black and white version and 2 DS's so i can trade and transfer them. I like pokemon because i love to feel proud of a strong team i raised at the end of the game.

Help with pokemon X/Y team!!!?

My best friend is my rival in Pokemon X/Y. His team currently consist of Chesnaught, Delphox, KrooKodile, Azumarill, Wobbuffett and Florges.
I've changed my team many times to best him but nothing works. What is the perfect team to beat him?
My current team mix is Garchomp, Noivern, Roserade, Tyrunt, and Yveltal. What do i need to do to beat him or at least make it a very closer match up???

What's a good in-game team for Pokémon X / Y?

Pretty easy game with the exp share, so just use whatever your favorites here, but I’ll give some suggestions.Delphox:Yes, Delphox is probably the worst battling starter, but the other two downright suck against the gym leaders, so Delphox is the best in game option.Venusaur:Really solid choice that is great against multiple gyms.Doublade:It’s in ubers. In the gen where all the megas were introduced.Starmie:Excellent water-psychic type with bolt beam coverage. Stellar choice for a water slot.Heliolisk:No matter what, this thing beats siebold.Lucario:I know this is a second steel type, but they literally hand this thing to you, I mean come on, as if this wasn’t already the easiest game in the series.Other oprions include Gardevoir, Alakazam, Florges, Hawlucha, Pangoro, Snorlax, Crobat, Absol, Talonflame, Kingdra, Steelix, Cloyster, Lapras, Rotom, and Gengar. Would also consider the litany of dragon types available throughout the game. They’re all good.

Is this a good competitive team for Pokemon X and Y?

Well these are all around good Pokémon to have in general, but in all honesty, you're going to get sweeped by defensive walls. None of your Pokémon can afflict status conditions, which is a huge advantage to have. This is really all I can say about your team until you give a list of your Pokémon's Ev's, Items, and abilities. Though I personally feel that, even with this information, and the most common forms of use for these Pokémon, I don't think you'll be able to deal with the more defensive teams. Rotom Wash is big issue I see coming your way. Stage hazards are also going to be an issue for you. So right now my recommendation is, revise your team, think of some walls, or otherwise bulky Pokémon who can set up stage hazards, and Status effects, that can also synergize well with the rest of your team.

Is this a good competitive team for Pokémon X/Y?

Hello everyone,
I've been playing Pokémon ever since I was 4 years old (I'm currently 17), and up until now I've never done competitive battling, all I know is a little bit more than the basic Pokémon stuff, and I have no idea how to create a proper competitive battling team.

My best friend helped me create one, and I've been trying it out on Pokemon Battle Showdown.
Turns out, I get wrecked every time. It could just be my lack of skills since I'm still completely new to the subject, but I was wondering if it was my team, or just me failing in using the team.
If it's the team, could you maybe help me with replacements for certain Pokémon?

The team is:

Vivillon @ Focus Sash

- Hurricane
- Bug Buzz
- Powder / Sleep Powder

Quagsire @ Leftovers

- Ice Punch
- Curse

Banette @ Banettite

Porygon 2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Download
Moves:
- Toxic
- Recover
- Tri-Attack
- Ice Beam

Klefki @ Leftovers

Moves:
- Spikes
- Foul Play
- Flash Cannon
- Thunder Wave

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin

- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

I'd really appreciate any honest and helpful answers.
Thanks in advance!
