never proved he is NATURAL born citizen by NOT providing his ORIGINAL LONG FORM birth certificate which NAMES a hospital and is SIGNED by a doctor, and spent hundreds of thousands of TAXPAYER money to make sure we would never see it.
helped Mexico's drug lords by getting the Justice Department to go AGAINST a tough law passed by Arizona
condemned a school law enforcement officer who stopped a black man before knowing all the facts
had NO CLUE as to how to handle the BP oil spill, but went there for photo opportunities

Why did the US debt grow so much during Obama's presidency?

As other’s have noted the “Great Recession” lasted from 2007 to 2009 - however what most leave out is the additional information.“While the recession officially lasted from December 2007 to June 2009, it took several years for the economy to recover to pre-crisis levels of employment and output. This slow recovery was due in part to households and financial institutions paying off debts accumulated in the years preceding the crisis along with restrained government spending following initial stimulus efforts. It followed the bursting of the housing bubble, the housing market correction and subprime mortgage crisis.”The fact is it took the entire two terms of Obama’s administration to correct the debacle caused by Republicans. If you need more proof, just take note of the economic numbers of when President Obama left office, now track what the Republicans are doing again under Trump. Continue tracking it for the duration of Republican control of Congress and the Presidency. You’ll see unbridled spending, borrowing with little tax collection. It’s very simple. This happened with Reagan, we needed George Bush Sr (the last real fiscal conservative Republican) to increase taxes and cut spending which lead to the Clinton boom years. Bush Jr came in and blew a hole that Obama had to fix, and now Trump with the help of the Ryan/McConnell budget is on pace to crater the economy again. But, this time we have to assistance of the Republican Supreme Court which is now ideologically opposed to government protecting citizens from corruption (see Kavanaugh’s record on ruling against consumer protections, government agency oversight of health and safety).

Why has the deficit grown under the presidency of Obama?

Well, the thing is... it hasn't. In fact it's shrunk by about half. (that doesn't mean it's not something to be concerned about)

http://www.usgovernmentspending.com/fede...

George W. Bush's last year in office, the deficit was about 1.4 trillion. For FY2014 it's projected at $649 billion.

Perhaps you're confusing "deficit" and "debt". The deficit is the annual shortfall in the budget, and that's gone down. But we're still running a shortfall, which means that the debt, which is cumulative, has increased - dramatically so in recent years.

The reality is, the federal government runs a deficit in most years. Throughout our history, except for some brief periods here and there, we nearly always run a deficit. Despite the recent reductions in the deficit, it is still quite high by historical standards.

You ask why?

Well first of all, money is spent by congress, not the President, so I'm reluctant to give all the blame (or credit) to any President for the deficits under his administration. The President can submit a budget, but by the time congress is through with the appropriations process, it generally bears little resemblance to it.

First look at why the deficit ballooned to 1.4 trillion in the first place: a bunch of things came together:
*medicare part D
*wars in Iraq and Afghanistan
*tax cuts which reduced revenue
*the great recession which simultaneously reduced tax revenue while increasing demands on government services and entitlements
*economic stimulus spending
*the temporary payroll tax cut
*plus a bunch of other stuff

Since that time, a lot of those factors have subsided, so the deficit has shrank.

What's scary is that it's projected to start increasing again, as our population ages, and more and more people go on social security and medicare, but that's a conversation for another time.

How has your life changed under the presidency of Obama?

I am one of the nearly 10% of unemployed people in this country. I have been that way for nearly four years (unemployed more often than working).

As a result of the housing bubble burst (my position in the housing industry was permanently eliminated and the industry DEVASTATED by years of libs ignoring FM and FM), I lost my job, my home, my wife, my child, and everything that mattered to me at that time. It is a long story for a different section (perhaps Religion), but God and me have come to terms with all that was lost and I am doing well now with many positive prospects for the future.

I do not blame any of this on Obama. More my fault for putting things and my drop dead gorgeous wife (she was F-I-N-E, FINE, just sayin) ahead of God. However, when I see four years of lib control of Congress and two years of a lib president and the three single most important issues of our time all have gotten alarmingly worse (debt, deficit, and unemployment), it makes me very thankful that I am back to a right relationship with God and that HE is my provider, not man! Otherwise, I would be a very bitter, hateful, man looking to blame my condition on Obama instead of being accountable for my own life!

If you had known an Obama presidency would have led to a Trump presidency, would you have voted for Obama? Why?

I don't vote becuase 1 vote doesn't make a difference. Espeically for the presidency. People get pissed when I say this, but you seen how Trump won. He won becuase of the electoral college. Hillary had more votes, but because of the electoral college 3 - 4 million of those votes didn't matter at all. That's why I don't bother voting, becuase my one vote doesn't really matter or make a difference.

Also, it may be my RIGHT to vote. But it is also my RIGHTS to choose weither or not if I want to vote.

How bad was Obama as president?

Outside of Woodrow Wilson, who sold America out to international bankers with his federal reserve system and gave us the income tax, Obama is the worst president in US history.Within a few short months of assuming office he doubled the national debt. His multi-trillion bailout that was to give us shovel ready jobs went to international bankers. He and Hillary aided and abetted the Arab Spring movement which enabled Muslim terrorists to take over the Middle East, continuing with globalist plans launched under George Bush. Obama and McCain should be considered the founder of ISIS. They supported them throughout his presidency:Obama authorizes secret support for Syrian rebelsObamacare eviscerated US small businesses and small business starts went to all time lows. This was a tax that crushed job creation and quadrupled health care costs for the middle class in many cases.Obama used his power to shakedown US businesses with spurious lawsuits, to be settled out of court for cash. The cash was funneled to far left pressure groups like La Raza, the Urban League and the National Community Reinvestment CoalitionRead Newsmax: Shakedown of Corporations for Cash by Obama Abusive | Newsmax.comObama concocted a scheme to shut down the 2nd amendment by trying to implicate US gun manufacturers in the Mexican cartels drug wars. In operation Fast and Furious his administration bought guns from US manufacturers, then gave them to narco terrorists, and then planned to bust the drug runners and use that as political ammo to shut down the 2nd amendment.Obama used the IRS as a terrorist organization against conservative political opponents and had the IRS deny charity status to conservative organizations he disapproved of.Obama and Hillary conspired to help the Iran nuclear program by funneling US uranium through Russia and then to Iran. They received a big payout through the Clinton Foundation, which provided cash rewards to allies. That’s high treason. Finally in Obama’s last days he weaponized the judicial system against Donald Trump. First he illegally exposed NSA surveillance of Trump associates and then obtained phony warrants based on a completely faked story recycled from a 2007 Wall Street Journal article about Paul Manafort. He arranged the Mueller investigation to cover up his crimesOther than that I have no hard feelings about the guy.

Which guns are likely to be banned under the Obama presidency?

A import and manufacture ban will do doubt be forth coming. It will include everything the Clinton's Bill had plus some extras. Unlike Clinton's Bill, it will not ban the import or manufacture "Assault Weapons" with "flash hiders" or large capacity magazines. It will just ban the import or sale of ALL weapons that even lightly resemble "Assault Weapons". Obama has stated that he would like to ban ALL semi-auto forearms. That would include semi-auto shotguns used for hunting, semi-auto .22s that every kid uses for target shooting and hunting small game. That would include ALL semi-auto handguns that people use for target shooting and self defense. The one thing an Obama will NOT have is an expiration date.

Obama has stated that he wants to get rid of concealed carry permits. Doing so would step on States' Rights as the permits are issued by the individual State and not the Fed Gov but I really don't

Insanely high Fed taxes on both guns and ammo have been discussed and recommended by Democrats in the past. I fully expect to see an all out assault on the 2nd Amendment within the next 12 months. And judging by gun and ammo sales over the last week, I am not the only one.

Too many above have no clue as to how the Law works or what the 2nd Amendment says. Banning the manufacuter, import or sale of semi-auto weapons or magazines that hold a certain number of rounds would never see it's way to the Supreme Court as it would NOT say we can't own firearms, only certain types of firearms. Also, if Obama wanted to have a 30 day waiting period for ALL firearms, he could. If Obama wanted to sign a bill limiting the purchase of 1 gun a month (or every 3 months), he probably could. Democrats are going to try to shut down the "Gun Show Loopholes" by shutting down gun shows.

Why is Trump's approval rating, one year into his presidency, higher than Obama's was at the same point in his presidency?

Rasmussen—the polling cited by the Daily Mail article—has consistently shown higher (often much higher) poll numbers for Republicans than most other polling companies. It has also used loaded poll questions designed to elicit what it could then trumpet as favoring conservative viewpoints.(An example: “It’s always better to cut taxes than to increase government spending because taxpayers, not bureaucrats, are the best judges of how to spend their money.” Not exactly a neutral phrasing of the issue.)Not surprisingly, conservative media and conservative politicians love to cite Rasmussen numbers, at least publically. While the Rasmussen poll claims that Trump’s approval rating is at 48 per cent, Gallup finds a number of 38% and the March (2018) Quinnipiac University poll tallies 40 per cent. An aggregate approval number from over two dozen polls—which includes two higher than average Rasmussen polls—is at 41%.These approval numbers for Trump are lower than Obama’s aggregates (48 per cent approval) at this point into the Presidency. In fact, Trump’s aggregate approval is lower than those of George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon…pretty much any other President in modern times. This should lead you to think twice about trusting a news source that cites only the Rasmussen polls. It is likely to be either ignorant or biased.
