What Is The Best Movie You Have Ever Seen

What are the 5 best movies you have ever seen?

I like watching classic world cinema. However, they are pretty much about serious topics like Holocaust, War, Gender equality or full on drama so I am not sure if  I can see them all over again and again. Its usually comedy stuff that I can watch again and again. So here is the top 5 in no specific order.Shawshank Redemption. To hear Morgan Freeman deliver those cult dialogues in that godly voice."Andy Dufresne, who crawled through a river of shit and came out clean on the other side. Andy Dufresne, headed for the Pacific. Those of us who knew him best talk about him often. I swear, the stuff he pulled... Sometimes it makes me sad, though, Andy being gone. I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright and when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice, but still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty now that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend."Grave of the FirefliesA 1988 Japanese animated film written and directed by Isao Takahata and animated by Studio Ghibli based  the true story of a young boy and his kid sister after the world war II. Considered it to be one of the best and most powerful war films it also depicts how much animation is capable of moving an audience. 50 First datesA 2004 American romantic comedy film starring Adam Sandler as a woman-chasing veterinarian and Drew Barrymore as an amnesiac. This one is my favorite purely because of Adam Sandler. It makes me laugh every time I watch it. I guess I have already watched it 50 times! :PUPI don't think I need to write why? Pixar created a better love story in 8 minutes than the any film maker could in 2 hours. The film is funny throughout with cult characters. Roman Holiday A 1953 romantic comedy directed and produced by William Wyler. It stars Gregory Peck as a reporter and Audrey Hepburn as a royal princess out to see Rome on her own. As you will watch the movie you will realize that every romance and comedy that we see in cinema today has been derived from this film. A very enjoyable flick to watch with family as well as on a date! :)

What are the 5 best movies you have ever seen?

Cool, I love watching movies too but out of the movies I've seen.. my top 5 in no particular order:

1, To Kill A Mockingbird (1960s)
I think this is the best movie adaptation from a book/novel (you know, other movies were like "The book was better but this movie is great as in the book! I watched the digital version of it.
2. Interstate 60 (1980s...whew it's actually 2002)
This movie is very fascinating. No dull moment although it's not a comedy but it's a movie that will put you in a "dreamy" mode. I think it's one of those 80s movie must-see. (It was made 2002 but I really thought it was 80s coz this movie is so 80s!)
3. Back to the Future (all parts...watched it over and over and never get tired of it so it's the favorite film for me) (1980-1990s)
4. Spirit Warriors 1&2 by Chito Rono (1990s)
I think it's a must-see Tagalog movie. The time I saw it, I was like this is not another Tagalog movie!
5. 12 Angry Men (1950s or 60) - A very must-see! Very classic and fast phased but you'll be thrilled.

Whew..can't get enough...
Other movies to add in your must-see that I suggest are: Chinatown, Vanity Fair, Pride and Prejudice, Ray, Star Wars, Italian Job, Midnight at Garden of Good and Evil,Friday the 13th (from the bottom),Number 23, Heartbreak Kid (so hilarious!), all Adam Sandler's (only if you like him), all of Jack Nicholson's especially The Shining.

For the newer movies, the last one I liked was Number 23 (Jim Carrey). It was like 2008 or 2009 release but it's really a good must-see film.

What is the best movies you have ever seen ?!?!?!?

I recommend Grown Ups (comedy), Sinister (horror) - it actually has a really good story line, The Amazing Spiderman which isn't comedy or horror but you might like it because Andrew Garfield is in it, My Fake Fiance (comedy/romance) and the 2010 version of Nightmare on Elm Street.

What's the best movie you have ever seen?

Casablanca, by Michael Curtiz, with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman..

What is the best movie you've ever seen?

The Pursuit of HappynessThis is one of my favorite movies, I don’t know what makes a movie best but in my opinion something that does not require edits/changes and has a moral at the end of it which cannot be forgotten in your entire lifetime is the best movie. It is based on the story of Chris Gardner, a man who loses everything, but eventually gets everything. In the movie, he is a hard-working, caring and loving father, who struggles financially to provide for his wife and son.His wife left him and fate took him to a lifestyle he had never thought of. He became homeless, and while he had to take care of his little son, he worked as a salesman .Then, he finds an unpaid 6-month-internship position at a brokerage firm.He struggles to get contracts for the firm, while trying to make an honest living for his son.At the end we see that he got the one paid position and his life changed dramatically from that moment.Several morals that we can absorb from the movie are:Being poor did not stop him. He believed that with his efforts he would eventually achieve success. There is this scene where he is conversation with his son about dreams. He fulfills the dream to do well for his son and himself and he eventually does. The relationship between father and son. It teaches a lesson to both the parents and children to survive together in tough times.Life will sometimes be tough. Chris loses his house, goes to a motel, and eventually ends up living in a homeless shelter. He and his son even spend a night in a subway station restroom. But all of this did not break him enough to loose focus from his dreams. We receive what we want after doing everything we can. At the end of the movie, he gets the job, and all his problems end. The scene in the office where he is talking to the managers really moves you. One of the managers asks him “Chris, was it easy?” and he replies, “No sir, it wasn’t” with teary eyes.Images: Google

What Is The Best Scary Movie You Have Ever Seen?

If you don't like gore but scary stuff that try "What Lies Beneath" scared the life out of me in places and is also very creepy

What is the best and worst movie you have ever seen?

My favorite movie of all time is Back to the Future but you're not asking that so these are my list of movies that, for me, are a perfect 10/10.12 angry men Departures  The Conversation  American Graffiti  The English Patient  Mean Streets Birdman The Shining  Blade Runner Heat My Neighbor Totoro  Spirited Away Pride and Prejudice  The Insider High Fidelity Amadeus Insomnia  Chinatown Nowhere Boy  Blue Valentine Chungking Express La Haine  The Royal Tenenbaums Rushmore  Brick  Ed Wood Dirty Dancing  Eastern Promises The Departed  Taxi Driver Kill Bill The Pianist Moonrise Kingdom Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou Synecdoche New York The Grand Budapest Hotel 2001: A Space Odyssey Hulk (the one with Ed Norton) Spiderman 1&2 Alien Philomena  Room Capote Almost Famous Forrest Gump Harry Potter 1And of course, Back to the FutureNow, for the ABSOLUTE WORST movies ever. I won't name the ones that come on TV regularly, which are ALL shit tbh, but only those that some niche people think are good, or edgy, but actually just pretentious trash. The Boondock Saints - I am rendered speechless whenever the question of how bad this movie is comes up. Whenever I come across people who say crap like this is good, I curse the day I met them. The Devil's Advocate - imagine Rosemary's Baby with a wooden Keanu Reeves and an Al Pacino still riding on the wave of his 6-year old Oscar win, a Rosemary's Baby pumped up on steroids. This is what you get.  The Breakfast Club - I mean, who cares, they're all whiners. Would it be too much to ask people to stop blindly quoting this movie like it's so revolutionary? If it takes only a movie like this to change your life I don't think it was much to begin with. But the one that takes the cake is…..*drum roll*John Wick - wow! Two Keanu Reeves movies on one REALLY SHORT shit list? Coincidence? I don't think so. "My life sucked until that dog arrived on my doorstep?" Not demeaning dogs, I get they're great, but to imply that a pet equates your wife's existence is a bit..uncool, no? Even the villain is a Russian man (somehow adhering to the trope thar European villains are always scarier), named Viggo of all people. What is this, Eastern Promises made by Koreans? Because it really feels like you're watching one of those shitty Korean thrillers that’s all style and no substance.

Which is the best movie had you seen?

I would opine that Avatar released in the fall of 2009 was the best movie I have ever seen. This movie revolutionized the whole Hollywood industry; remember! there were very minimal effects used in movies before that. There were no Marvel’s Superhero movies like Iron Man, Thor, Wonder Women, etc. at the time. They and many other movies followed its example, but remember doing something that’s not been attempted before is called innovation and what follows is not mundane but does not require the same effort.James Cameron scripted the movie almost 15 years before the movie actually got into making; it was because the technology at the time made it impossible for the movie to match his imagination. After Avatar, numerous movies have been released, many probably better than Avatar and the Superhero movies are awesome but for me Avatar is the best movie because of the backdrop story and the effort that went into making and don't forget, if my memory serves right, it was the highest grosser in Hollywood's history at that time.Tell me your Hollywood favorite movie in the comment and I will tell you facts about the movie you didn’t know.

What was the best and the nicest movie you have ever seen?

I think it would be a tie between The Notebook and Love Actually.
The Notebook is a movie that gets me everytime I watch it. It is the ultimate love story, it shows just how much devotion one can have for the person they love. I like Love Actually because it follows so many different lives and it shows how that interconnect.
Another good one is the Man in the Moon with Reese Witherspoon ( dont get it confused with the Jim Carrey version). I think it was the first movie she was in but I absolutly love it!! and would highly reccomend it to anyone!

What are the three best movies you have ever seen?

InceptionI don’t think that this film needs an intro. These types of film are like once a lifetime experience which one should have. From direction to acting everything looks almost perfect. NO doubt that it is Christopher Nolan’s gem. During movie most of the time we are kept at the edge of our seats regarding what would happen next. Be it the The climax seen, plot twist, acting everything is just perfect. With a unique concept this movie should be regarded as the best Sci-fi movie of all time.PredestinationThis movie is one of the movies whose endings just leave you shocked that how could it happened. Climax of the movie is not foreseen. The concept of time travel is well used as the story of the movie. Story of the movie seems simple but i guarantee you that it is not. It would often seem that you can guess what would happen next but believe me my friend you would most likely be wrong about your judgement. So relax and watch the movie. How To Train Your DragonThe story was well written, even though I must admit the start was a bit slow, but all in all well done dream-works. You've another winner on your hands here. The script is really good and is has a lot of dramatic depth. The Dragon i.e. Toothless is so cute and the relationship he shares with Hiccup is so sweet. This movie has lovable characters. This movie is not for children only is is for everyone.
