What is the difference between Yahoo Mail Basic and Yahoo Mail Full-Featured? What can I do / not do ?

Like you, I use email accounts solely for sending/receiving emails, so I won't report on any of the frills that Full-Featured may or may not have.

The main difference that I've noticed between Basic and Full-featured is that Full-Featured has more ad-space. Basic has one advertisement on the right side of the page whereas Full-Featured has three - one on the right (just like Basic), a squarish one on the left, and a sneaky non-picture one at the very bottom that appears to be an email when you scroll far enough down the page.

What is the difference between hyperlink and email link?

hyperlink opens a web page in your web browser, email links open your default email client and composes a new email to the address specified in the link

For Yahoo Groups; Inserting links and photos in messages and conversations?

In Yahoo Groups, how do you add links and photos into your messages/conversations?

Formerly, when writing a message you could choose a "rich-text" format that allowed you to insert links, photos, etc into your message. Now I don't have that option.

Am I missing something?

Clickable links don't work in yahoo groups?

Clickable links made in group messages made before changes to "conversation" still work but newly made clickable links do not work.

I have tried using two different computers, XP and Win 7, and IE and Firefox. Clickable links work in Yahoo mail and other email accounts.

The problem only occurs when using conversations to post clickable links to my Yahoo group.

I have tried switching between "<" and ">" for different text modes without success in creating clickable links.

Links in Digest Email from Yahoo Groups are Broken.?

Links embedded within the digest email are broken. The links work in the real-time emails and via the web. The digest email has started adding a space after the top level domain and the path info. For example, http://bit.ly/13w6kln is changed to http://bit.ly/ 13w6kln in the digest form of hte email. Please fix ASAP.

This has been going on for over 3 weeks.

If you are having the same issue, please vote for this issue to be fixed at the uservoice tool:
