After which outlaw motorcycle gang in California are they loosely patterned after? What about the Mayans?

I'd say every gang on the show is based on a real life Nor-Cal gang:Sons of Anarchy MC-No doubt based on the Hells Angels, backstory and mother Charter are same/similar.Mayans MC-Mongols MCCalaveras MC- possibly based on the Raiders MC (official support club to the Mongols)Devil’s Tribe MC-One of the many small HAMC support clubs (possibly Iron Horsemen but on a smaller scale?)Grim Bastards MC-East Bay Dragons MC (one of the oldest black MCs)Cacuzza Crime Family-The remnants of the San Fran and San Jose Crime familiesReno Crime Family-One of the 5 Families of NY or Kansas CityLin Triad-Wah Ching and/or a foreign based TriadRussian Mafia-” “Lobos Senora-Los Zetas CartelGalindo Cartel-Either Sinaloa or Tijuana CartelByz Lats-Originally thought to be Nortenos but due to appearing in ‘The Shield’ TV show which is LA, it seems they may be one of the northern sets of Surenos.One-Niners/Pope Organization-69 MobLOAN-One of the Front Orgs for the American Nazi PartyNordics-One of many peckerwood gangs(Aryan Brotherhood and Black Guerilla Family are 2 real prison gangs)True IRA-Real IRA

In what ways do prison gangs and outlaw motorcylcle gangs operate similarlyh?Which ways are they similiar?

Prison gangs and outlaw motorcycle clubs are 2 totally different operations. The biggest similarity is that they consist of people. I prefer to not say that outlaw motorcycle groups are not gangs, but there clubs, the media labeled them as "Gangs". The patch on the back that says "MC" stands for "Motorcycle Club". In general gangs, will get the public involved in their business, start a business on their turf and they'll want a percentage of what you make, motorcycle clubs don't want the public in their business, motorcycle clubs will help the public to go on motorcycle runs to raise money to help children in need. In fact there was one outlaw club back in the late 60's that offered to go to Vietnam and made a public speech and addressed it to the President to help fight for this country. I can't think of one thing that a gang did or offered to do for this country. Gangs are more self centered then clubs. Gangs has a leader, clubs have a President, both are overseers.

Hi which biker gang is the 1# most dangerous in the U.S.?

As already stated IRON PIGS

They will carry weapons into a bar (violation of state law) and try to hide behind the badge, 1000 miles out of their jurisdiction. Also OFF DUTY Are these types of people needed in Law Enforcement??? (see links below and see Smith's previous record of Harrassment and Assault)

The group also appears prepared to stand up for itself. "If we are treated in a such away [sic] that shows us disrespect, or that violates the law, we will handle the situation in a lawful manner, keeping in mind our ultimate priority: preserving the integrity of the Iron Pigs M/C." Seattle Times Aug 11, 2008
(Is carrying a firearm in an drinking establishment "a lawful manner" ?? NO according to South Dakota law off duty police are bound by the same laws as everyone else) South Dakota statute disallows anyone to carry a concealed weapon into a licensed business for alcoholic beverages. WHY DID THE PIGS HAVE GUNS IN A BAR IN THE FIRST PLACE??????????? Not preforming offical duties and not in their jurisdiction.

BEING A POLICE OFFICER DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO VIOLATE THE LAWS THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO ENFORCE (especially off duty) By carrying guns in this establishment they were putting all 500 people in this bar in danger. They should face stiffer penalties than a regular citizen (much like a person in trust)

Sturgis Police Chief Jim Bush has been quoted numerous times that Police officers are allowed to carry weapons when they are off-duty but no one can carry a concealed weapon into a business with a license to sell alcohol. There are also laws against carrying a firearm if you’ve been drinking. In addition the Seattle Times is reporting that according to South Dakota law, people with concealed-weapons permits cannot carry firearms into bars. Police officers are exempt from this rule if they have written permission from the county sheriff, according to the law.

The worst thing is that they will most likely get away with it (I am refering to putting 500 people in a dangerious situation, and not the shooting of said Angel) for two reasons 1) They are law enforcement 2) The Hells Angels did start it, but the Pigs had no right to have weapons in a bar, while off duty and consuming alcohol.

Tomorrow instead of the Angels It could be YOU the victom of illegal police activites.

Are there any big multi-racial outlaw motorcycle clubs?

Names and dates in biker Kutte/cut/battle jacket?

I've been "Seeing" this guy for a few months. Nothing real serious, he has his life, I have mine and we get together when we can. He is in a motorcycle club. We are very honest with each other, but for the most part keep our lives very separate. He obviously has talked to others in the club about me because he will tell me they have asked about me and when I see them out they are very friendly to me. Now lately he has mentioned that some of them want to know why my name and date have not been placed in his kutte. He told me the names and dates are people he's been with while wearing his kutte, but it is his and he doesn't want me looking, which is fine with me, but he doesn't know why he hasn't even tried wearing it with me. He also states I'm his longest "thing" in a long time, and "Kind of my rock now", which is why the guys are curious as to why my name isn't there yet. Can someone tell me what the importance is of the names in the kutte, why push him to get mine in there? I already know(no one needs to tell me) I've pretty much been claimed and am off limits to anyone else in the club, does my name in his jacket just drive that point? And why would he not feel the drive to get my name in there with the rest of them? I've already told him I'm not one of his little flings and I will not allow him to do what he needs to, to put my name there and he seems fine with it. But why is his club members so interested if I'm there yet? Is there a different meaning?

What are the basic rules for starting a motorcycle club?

In order to give you an accurate answer, I would need to know what kind of “motorcycle club” you want to start. There are two basic kinds. The first kind is more correctly known as a “riding club”. This is a group of friends or acquaintances who like to ride motorcycles, and like to get together on a regular basis both to socialize as well as to ride. The club may or may not consist of owners of one brand. There are BMW riders clubs, and Honda Goldwing riding clubs. Most are always open to guests or members of other brands. The best known riding club is the Harley Owners Group. These riding clubs frequently have another link between members other than their brand of motorcycle. There are riding clubs consisting of church groups, military veterans, law enforcement officers, etc. All you need to do to start one is simply start meeting and riding together. If you wish you may certainly have chapter bylaws, officers, etc., but that’s entirely optional and up to you.The second kind is the type officially known as a “motorcycle club”, or MC. MC’s are also known as “1%er” clubs. This type of club is most well known by the club vests that members wear. The vest has a three piece patch on the back, which is why this kind of MC is also known as a “three piece patch” MC. The top part of the patch, or the top rocker, has the name of the club. The center piece has the club’s logo, and the bottom rocker has the name of the city, state, or locality where the chapter is located. The most well known MC’s are the Hells Angels, Mongols, etc..Starting an MC is very, very different than starting a riding club. MC’s are quite protective of their areas. In most major cities and in most states there is one particular MC that is the local “dominant club”. There is also a national organization that provides a communication and cooperation link between MC’s. This organization is the COC, or Confederation of Clubs. If you want to start a true MC, you would need to contact the local dominant club, if you know who that is, or the COC. They would first ask: “Why don’t you simply join the existing MC in your local area?” If you have a logical reason for starting a new club, the dominant club or COC will give you their approval, and let you know what steps you should follow. If, in their opinion, you don’t have a legitimate, logical reason for starting a new club, you would probably be told not to do it. You should heed that advice.
