What Is The Max Number Of Players On Call Of Duty Ghosts On Pc

Do a lot of people play Call of Duty on a PC?

It depends on the game. Generally, no, especially if you’re talking about multiplayer. CoD has had notoriously poor PC ports in recent years, and it has been really hard to build a community around a game that has no support, and no anti-cheat system in place. Another reason for the lack of players is the PC community’s attitude towards purchasing games. Many refuse to pay full price for a game, and CoD games rarely go on sale, usually for not that much. Also, people on PC don’t want to pay for the same game every year. They would much rather spend their money on new and innovative (and cheap) indie games that are way more fun than the same old CoD game that simply has new graphics. CoD also loses popularity on PC due to lack of mod support. Mod support is very important to the PC community. The only CoD games that had mod support are CoD4, WAW, and Black Ops 3. This means that these three games will have the largest playerbase, as most CoD games get left behind after the new one comes out.So, unless you want to play zombies or want to play a 10 year old game (which actually isn’t that bad), nope, nobody plays cod on PC.

How should my brightness settings be for call of duty Ghosts be?

The setting that allows you to see different objects is the "Contrast". It, too will make your tv appear brighter or darker, however what it's actually doing is adjusting the scale for which you see distinct objects.

Try putting your brightness down to zero, and adjusting the contrast accordingly right after. It's usually the best fix when you cannot see the little 'map' or other common HUD objects in any other game.

In-game settings are crap. Use your actual TV's settings to adjust contrast manually.

What is the best Call Of Duty?

World at War had genuinely organic map design.  Look at MW2 and MW3 maps.  If you wipe the aesthetics, almost every map breaks down to 3 lanes or "chokes", a left, a right, and a center.  The majority of the tactical decisions in these games revolve around knowing which of these lanes the opponents are favoring at the moment, and positioning yourself at an appropriate choke or on high ground.  The side chokes are typically covered while the center is exposed, to encourage flanking opportunities if the other team does not react to a concentrated push up a side lane.World at War had tons of maps (Cliffside notwithstanding) that were genuine real world environments, just CHAOS.  This is not necessarily better for game balance, since the three lane approach distributes traffic across the map and provides easy alternative routes.  But it was definitely more fun.COD4 was the same way.  I think old school COD players (myself included) look back at COD4 as the best Call of Duty game.  Its age limits it in many respects, but give it a try and I bet you'll love it!

Which is better game counter strike: GO or call of duty and why?

Before you hear me out, I want you to know that I’ve grown up playing both Counter Strike and Call of Duty, and what I’m going to state now is what I feel is the better game. This is my opinion, and mine alone. If you agree with mine, well and good ; if you don’t, then please don’t lash out at me.I will be comparing Counter Strike : Global Offensive and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 because they were released in the same year.Counter Strike : Global Offensive is a first-person, multiplayer-based game which released on the PC, XBox 360, PS3, Linux and I think even Macintosh. The game features 5 vs 5 PvP games with Perma-death each round, and with varied number of rounds. Players can purchase weapons between rounds using money they earn based on how they performed in the match and who won. Even though the game features a very sublime single player mode namely “Operations”, the game really excels when it comes to the multiplayer. It is in fact one of the most competitive games right now, with multiple tiers of selections for the international playoffs every year, similar to those of DOTA 2 in some manner. If you want a competitive multiplayer game with super high competition, then this game is for you.Call of Duty : Black Ops 2 is a first-person shooter, with a well-paced campaign and a refined and polished multiplayer. The campaign is about 5–6 hours long, depending on your skill and familiarity with the controls. The multiplayer improves on all the aspects in Black Ops 1, with more weapon types and more balanced weapon attachments with counters for almost every single one of them. The combinations of attachments available is remarkable, considering the diverse effect they have (except for the sights, they are more or less the same). The multiplayer in Black Ops 2 is aimed at more casual players, and not really meant for MLGs, even though they did make it there in some time. The game released for the XBox 360, PS3 and the PC if I’m not mistaken.Overall, if you like to play a game which has its multiplayer at the highest tier possible, then Counter Strike would be a suitable choice. But if you prefer a more casual PvP, or a storyline to play on before hitting multiplayer then Call of Duty is your baby.Hope this clarifies the kind of games these two are, along with the answers others have given.

Differences and Similarities Between Battlefield and Call of Duty?

Fun fact before I start with the comparison, if you play Battlefield with Call of Duty strategies you can actually do very well.

Similarities:
-Modern shooters
-Fast-paced games*
-Realistic in different ways **

*People say that Battlefield is a slower-paced game, but the keyword is 'slower'. While certainly not as fast as CoD, it is also nowhere near as slow as most real-life engagements.
**People say BF is more realistic, but weapons take more shots to kill, there are magic ammo and health boxes, there are shock paddles, and a bunch of other unrealistic stuff. Of course, in terms of the way it feels it makes you wanna say that it's more realistic, but in reality it's only a relative term.

Differences:
-BF is meant to be more team-based
-BF has destructible terrain (to change with the arrival of Ghosts)
-BF has first-shot recoil while CoD's recoil worsens as you hold the trigger down
-Control schemes
-How the movement feels

I recommend giving BF a try. Probably not in BF3, but try BF4 when it drops later this month. People are always going on about how team-based BF is, and while it IS fun to form a squad with three of your friends (or four in BF4), I've never used a mic in-game. It's possible to do really well if you use CoD lone-wolf tactics, and I've gotten MVP multiple times with it.
I used to be a CoD fanboy, but now I've basically been playing BF only.
