What Is Turmeric Acid Or Base Plese Dont Say It Is An Indicator

Family member has MRSA. Please answer me if you can.?

Here is the situation, please answer any questions you can based off of knowledge or experience: A week ago my mother was visiting a friend who lives in a nursing home due to a debilitating condition. She has MRSA.
A day or two later my mom developed a gigantic boil which she believed to be an insect bite, later to be diagnosed as MRSA.
Before the boil had ruptured, I lightly touched it and did not wash my hands. My mother had also touched things around the house after touching the un-ruptured boil. She also held my 4-month-old baby, possibly after touching the un-ruptured boil.

1) Could I colonize MRSA on my hands by briefly touching the unruptured boil? (No pus was touched)
2) (I've already cleaned the entire house but) should I be worried about it colonizing on the things in the house?
3) (I've already called the Ped about it but) is there anything else I can do to protect my family and my mom from being reinfected?

Note that the boil was only touched BEFORE it ruptured.
Sorry if this is gross but I found out it was MRSA today and couldn't call my Dr. before I got out of work and I can't sleep I'm so frantic, I love my baby and my mom more than anything!

Are these supplements okay for my sales team, Folic acid, multivitamin (Stresstabs), Vitamin D3 5000 IU, salmon oil, zinc, and ginger?

You would definitely want to do your research and find out what sources the producers are using, purity of the product, and what fillers/additives are used along with possible side effects. Many vitamins/minerals exist in various different forms, and you want to make sure you are taking the most effective form. For example, magnesium can exist as magnesium sulfate(commonly sold as epsom salts), magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate, and others. From what I’ve read, magnesium chloride is the most effective form of magnesium to take as a supplement, because any other form of magnesium must be converted by the cells into magnesium chloride before the cell can do anything with it. With fish oils such as salmon oil, you definitely want to know the source and how it’s produced. Is it form wild harvested salmon, or from farmed fish? Wild salmon oil is definitely a superior product, but you also want to factor in environmental toxins the wild salmon may have been exposed to. I have discovered some plant based oils that are FAR superior to any fish oil. The reason for supplementing with fish oil is to make sure you are getting enough essential fatty acids(EFA’s), and krill oil is better than salmon oil because it is closer to the SOURCE. By that I mean it’s closer to the BOTTOM of the food chain. The phytoplankton in the oceans are what everything else depends on. Krill eat phytoplankton, smaller fish and whales eat the krill, and salmon eat the smaller fish that eat the krill. So, salmon oil is at least 3 steps removed from the SOURCE. The further you move away from the source, the less benefit. I haven’t looked into Stresstabs, but I’m just getting a FEELING it’s something I would NOT take. I tend towards whole foods based supplements, and I DO read labels. The more interested you become in improving your health, and the more research you do, you will gain a greater ability to discern what’s the best for you. You start to develop an intuition about these things, and with the proper research, you have the science to back up your FEELINGS. Hope this helps, and have a great week!
