What Kind Of Egg Do They Use At Ramen Restaurants

Resturants i b Waco Texas that serve ramen?

I've been really in the mood for ramen noodles lately and was wondering if there are any good resturants that serve it. (The real deal ramen not the ones you get in a package, the kind that has like eggs meat and vegetables in it) I have never been to a ramen shop or any place that serves ramen and was wanting to find a place that does to try it out. So does anyone know of a place in Waco tx that serves ramen? What would you rate the place if you've eaten there? Thanks: )

Going to a sushi restaurant?

I am going to a sushi restaurant this week in the detroit area. I've only tried it once. What i am wondering is if i can get something vegetarian, or if its out of the ordinary to get it cooked. Any suggestions on what i should order as a beginner would be helpful too.

Can you use Ramen noodles to make Spagetti?

Well, yes and no. No, because spaghetti is a type of pasta, and Ramen is another type.:)

But I'm assuming you probably meant "can you put spaghetti sauce on Ramen?" and the answer to that one is, "why not?" They're both an egg and flour pasta so will taste largely the same, the difference being in the feel of the pasta in your mouth, though I would hardly imagine Ramen to feel unpleasant.

One thing though - definitely leave the spice packs out.

Do the Japanese chefs ever add hard-boiled eggs to their ramen?

Adding soft-boiled egg (pictured) to Ramen looks like a trend these days. Many Ramen shops serve 煮玉子(に・たまご)which means cooked boiled-egg (not just a simple boiled-egg). After making ゆで玉子(たまご)boiled-egg, they cook it with their soup. So, egg itself has a flavor. Also, there are some Ramen shops which serve all-you-can-eat boiled-eggs for free or ¥10.
