What is there to do in melbourne when your underage?

I've lived in Melbourne Australia for 11 yrs of my life (I'm 15), and i find it so boring to be underage here.
I want to get out and be able to socialise, I live around the eastern suburbs. But I have no idea where to go, my parents rarely let me in the city and if they did it would be in the day never night. I really am desperate, I've looked at some websites but most are for adults or really young children.
Have you guys got any suggestions at all? I would be very grateful :)
Thanks x

Which city is better? Sydney or Melbourne?

Very broad question... depends on your profession, hobbies, income... I personally prefer Sydney as there are more places to go, is public transport friendlier and I can live near nicer beaches, which is important to me.
Melbourne's much better fit for good nightlife than Sydney, and if you have a car, Melbourne also has amazing sites near by.
