Now tell me, do the 3 words look similar to you?They shouldn't because there's no line connecting the 2 characters & the 2 characters themselves look drastically different. ताइवान is Hindi, 台湾 is simplified Chinese (SC) & 臺灣 is traditional Chinese (TC).They all mean the same thing, Taiwan, if the 3 different scripts look similar to you then you need to learn more about Asia, I don't mean to offend,I think the reason these 3 scripts look similar to you is maybe because you don’t know enough about Asia & Asian culture.Remember, I don’t mean to offend, this is just my opinion.I'm not an expert so be skeptical of all the claims I make in this answer.
