What Type Of Kitchen Equipment Is Needed For An Italian Restaurant

How much money do I need to open a small restaurant?

Startup cost for a restaurant can be $40k and it can be $1 million. Let's discuss the lower end figure. If you find a location for rent that is already outfitted as a restaurant something like what you intend to operate you can be on the low end. I opened a burrito shop in 1995 for 25k in an ideal situation with a small location that only needed minor changes. The rent was $1200 per month. My dad put in 20k because he liked the idea of me trying something on my own. Here is a rough outline of my costs. 3000  Used walk-in cooler 500  used chargrill500 used refrigerator500 paint and inexpensive flooring1000 pay for friends to help paint etc. 3600 three months rent, first, deposit, and security3500 up front insurance cost (liability insurance)2000 plumbing (minimal)2000 electrical work (minimal)1500 exhaust system / fire suppression update5000 carpentry - counter area construction1500 food1000 furniture500 admin cost for licenses etc. When we opened we were losing money on operations for about a month.  So I had to ask a few relatives for small amounts of about $500 each. I "sold" part of the company to them for the money.  Later, when I set up a corporation, I made the ownership official.  Those investors made out well, later on, when I eventually bought them out. Our restaurant is counter service burritos. The staff when we opened was no more than three people at a time at first. The most we've spent on a new place was 500k about a year ago. We had a designer and architect and built a fancy burrito shop from scratch inside an empty space.

What type of kitchen equipment is needed for an Italian Restaurant?

Visit one. Also there are in most major cities second hand restaurants equipment stores where you can see the stainless steel beauties lined up.
Sinks and likely though not immediately needed till you become more successful a clipper/dishwasher and a water heater.
A stove, multi burner and gas is preferred as it gives instant heat that is instantly controllable.
A work station, stainless steel.
Refrigeration. Will you be deep-frying, is so you will likely need 3 of them but may get away with two to start but have room to add a third.
You will need containers to hold your foods that are added to your dishes.....and you will need dishes ,flatware and such.
You will need a place for washing your hands. The sinks will do.
Pots and pans, lots of them, at least enough so you don't have to immediately wash each one if you get busy.
Trash receptacles for paper waste and food waste.
A grill. A scramler(?)/ a small suspended broiler is usefull for many types of dishes. A microwave can come in handy. Eventually an ice maker but that can wait. MOre refrigeration and likely a freezer.
you probably will need at least three work areas that can be cleaned quickly and sanitarily. You will need an area to set the prepared meals for taking out to the customers/diners.
If you have deep friers you will need containers for draining the oils when they need to be changed; don't overuse them of use the fish one for the chips etc. One oven might be enough and it should have a broiler within it.
There is one type of dishwasher/clipper that has a half round top that is quick and easy to use. It should be large enough for your pots except for perhaps the biggest ones. Something has to be large enough to wash your largest items. Well that is a start.
Again you might visit a restaurant that is about what you want and not a nearby competitor and see their operation.
The Small Business Administration can give you some help and leads. Also If your or a nearby community has a SCORE office that has a retired restauranteur there he or she might be of great assistance. Bene fortuna

How can open chicken wings restaurant ?

Ooooh Gosh. With you asking so many questions. I'm afraid I might see you on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares! lol

You need a regular traditional functional kitchen. Walk-in fridge, pantry for canned/dry goods, stoves, deep fryers.

You also need your own chicken wing recipe, and sauce.

You'll need to sell more than chicken wings to keep your business afloat. Might want to consider adding more bar type foods to your menu. Such as chili fries,or Cajun fries, onion rings, nachos etc. Also selling alcohol is a good way to make some money. But you will need to apply for a liquor license.

First I'd see if you can afford to rent/or buy a vacant building to either turn into a restaurant or use one that is already there. Start up costs for all of that. Food, staff etc. Can be up upwards of a few hundred thousand dollars. You'll need to start applying for a business loan.

It's not cheap and this endeavor should not be taken lightly. Many people easily go into serious debt this way because they do not know what they are undertaking.

I want to open a restaurant...?

Given below points helps you to start restaurant business.

1. Decide the menu you will be serving. This will determine the type of location you will need, along with the type of restaurant equipment you must obtain to prepare and serve the menu.
2. Find a suitable location. If you plan to serve alcohol some locations will not be suitable. For example, some local codes do not allow liquor served within a certain proximity to a school or church.
3. Educate yourself on the type of restaurant equipment you will need. If you are serving fried or grilled foods, you will need an overhead hood with an exhaust system. This is expensive to install, which means you are often better locating a commercial building that is already set up as a restaurant.
4. Attend to the business of business. As with all businesses, you will need to obtain a business license, insurance, workers compensation insurance, consider incorporation to limit your liability, arrange for a payroll service and hire a business accountant and attorney.
5. Arrange for funding. There are different funding options available when starting a restaurant, which will vary, depending on if you are leasing, purchasing or building. Unless you have prior restaurant experience you may have difficulty obtaining financing.
6. Locate vendors. You will need to locate restaurant vendors. These are usually separate companies, including dairy, bread, liquor, cleaning supplies and general foods.
7. Meet with the local health department. You will need a local health permit. Many areas require restaurant employees take and pass a food handler's course.
8. Make a list. There are numerous tasks to complete before opening a restaurant. They include: decorating the dining room, setting up the kitchen, hiring and training employees, setting up a cash register or computer ordering system, marketing and ordering menus and dishware.
