Whats The Difference In Meaning Between Cs And Cs

What is the difference between CS, CSE, IT and ICT?

They don’t have much, or for that matter any difference at all. All of these are the branches of a BROAD TERM, Computers and Communication. These different terms mostly concerns the students seeking admission in Engineering Colleges. So in that perspective the following lines will clear your doubt:Starting with the basics, CS & CSE are same. NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL.Where CS stands for Computer Science, CSE stands for Computer Science Engineering. The extra ‘E’ is just a marketing gimmick to attract students. Trust me over this as I took admission thinking I’ll become a CS engineer, it was only in my 2nd year when I came to know our university awards CSE. On further investigation with faculty and university I came to know about the play of this extra ‘E’.Now come to IT, meaning Information Technology. If it was up to me, then I’d place CSE, IT, EC under a single name IT, as that’s the truth of industry. These 3 branches learn exactly what is required by the IT industry. So by this definition you would be thinking that IT is the mother of all, but here comes the twist of our education system. IT branch studies almost the same subjects as CS, but the difference comes in the electives at 3rd and 4th year, and the biggest difference is of PRACTICAL BASED APPROACH (PBA).Although we all know there is not much of a PBA at most of the colleges in India, but still, whatsoever amount of practicals are conducted, or subjects with requirement of practicals are more in CS than in IT. Students differ them like Theoretical branch and Practical branch.ICT here is a new name, after a bit of research I found it’s name to stand as Information and Communications Technology. By the name it suggests that it’d a mixture of some subjects of IT and EC, as communications parts is covered in EC. Now what this branch holds and offer and what would be the future of it is a question in itself as after a thorough research I wasn’t able to find this as a branch in any reputed or mid level college of India, or for that matter, it is not listed as any Engineering branch anywhere.Hope this would have solved your query. Any doubts?

What is the difference between BSc CS and BCA?

If any student want to pursue Computer Science, there is generally three ways 1) B.Sc. in Computer Science(BSC CS), 2) Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and 3) Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science (BTech CS)If you compare this three on there volume of Course-BCA < BSC CS < BTech CS or BCA < BTech CS < BSC CS, depending on the College or university. To pursue BCA you can join from  Science, Commerce and Arts background. But to pursue BTech or BSC CS, you'll need a solid background of mathematics. The main diffence between BSC CS and BCA is BCS CS is concept oriented, It will teach you the Core Concept of computer science, which will help you to learn anything new very quickly, other hand BCA is application oriented, teach current technologies, but learning new technoloigies or working on Core Computing is difficult. There is a misconception that BSC doesn't teach programming language, when I was doing B.Sc, I learned C, C++, Java and PHP and SQL. Also I got a Good Practical knowledge about Electronics and Microprocessor. In BSc, I learned about Microprocessors, Automata and Compilers, Data Structure, Analog and Digital Electronics, Networking, Discrete Mathematics, Graph Theory. In BCA they teach the same topics, but a not in a detailed way.BSC CS is a General Course and BCA is a Technical Course, so getting job from BCA is easy than BSC CS.After BSC CS, you can do MSC CS or MCA both. But after BCA you can only do MCA.MSC CS - You'll get more knowledge in Core Computer Science like Parallal Computing, Artifical Intelligence, Soft Computing, Information Security.MCA - Not much change from BCA, as lot of student from Mathematics and Physics join this course. After MSC or MCA, you'll be able to do  MTech, as MTech needs atleast 4 Years of Education after 10+2There is no way to directly go to MTech after BSC CS or BCA now.

Whats the difference between counter strike steam and non steam?

Well the difference is that when you play counter strike steam version it allots you a steam ID Which helps you to give you your accurate score and is also necessary for some servers .
Non-steam version gives you only nick names which a beginner can use your nick which can cause in increase of your deaths and you can't go in many servers !

Hop this helps you !

What's the difference between C.S. Lewis and Nietzsche view on pain?

Well, they both believed that pain had meaning. Lewis indicated that pain is God's way of shouting at us to get our attention. And Nietzsche's famous for the quote, "What does not kill me, makes me stronger."

That's a similarity, so if you're asked to compare and contrast, you can use that. Of course, if you're simply contrasting, that's not much use.

What is the difference between th nerf longstrike cs-6 and the n strike longshot cs-6?

They are two different guns. The long strike is newer than the long shot and is supposedly the longest nerf gun out. The long shot focuses on range and accuracy although it is kind of bad. But hey it's a nerf gun. I haven't used the long strike as I don't feel like ordering it online(does not sell in any stores around me that I know/may not even be sold in stores yet), but I've seen some videos with it. the long strike can hold two spare clips I believe, while the long shot only caries one spare. The long shot can kind of make up for that because it is basically two guns in one, but they connect. the secondary gun is like a barrel extension that can fire, but it is like a normal nerf gun(not clip loaded) it has one spare dart holder. I can't really compare them as which one is better as I only have the long shot. I hope I helped!

P.S. I bought the Nerf Bandolier Kit at Target, and on the packaging it had pictures of a guy using/wearing the long strike(wearing meaning it was attatched to the bandolier).

What is the difference between Computer Science(CS) and Computer Technology(CT) in Engineering colleges?

There are great difference between CS(Computer Science) & CT(Computer Technology) in Engineering Colleges. The simple definition of CS is —In Computer science we study the theory, experimentation, and engineering that form the basis for the design and use of computers. It is the scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications and the systematic study of the feasibility, structure, expression, and mechanization of the methodical procedures (or algorithms) that underlie the acquisition, representation, processing, storage, communication of, and access to, information. An alternate, more succinct definition of computer science is the study of automating algorithmic processes that scale. A computer scientist specializes in the theory of computation and the design of computational systems.ButIn CT(Computer Technology) we study the design and construction of computers to better help people at work, school, home, etc.An example of computer technology is the development of a software program that allows people to accomplish work at home which has been automatically assigned from computers at their job location.I hope this information is helpful for you.If you find any kind of help in PhD thesis you can contact us..For more info click here.
