When you reblog on Tumblr, does it keep the tags?
Yes because the original source has already tagged them!
If you remove posts from tumblr when u reblog someone does the notification leaves there dashboard?
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but if someone reblogged what you have reblogged and you deleted that post, if they were to click your name and it goes to your blog, it will just say "URL/post not found" Or if you meant that if you deleted a reblogged post will the person you reblogged it from know ? No, they won't know. Or if you meant if you reblogged something and then you delete it, then it will disappear from the dashboard. If you delete something off your page, then it will be gone for your followers' dashboard as well.
Is it bad to reblog your old post on Tumblr?
Just wondering, I'm somewhat new to Tumblr and I was wondering if it's improper to reblog an old edit post you made a while back. For example I made an edit of a picture a few months back and is far in my archives that got several notes. Does it look bad to reblog it onto my dash? I appreciate good feed back.
My tumblr won't let me reblog/post!?
Okay so until Wednesday my tumblr was working fine. Since then, every time I try to post/reblog something, it doesn't load and as a result I can't post anything! Like, it gets stuck on the blue screen that hovers above the dashboard when you click reblog or post (those with the new tumblr will understand)... At first I thought it was my internet, but now that I've tried to use it on other connections it just won't work! I use Chrome for Mac on Mountain Lion (10.8) and this is driving me crazy. Please help!
Tumblr: Does it notify the original poster when I reblog their post privately?
I want to use my tumblr to collect posts I like, but I don't want to weird out people by "liking" so much of their stuff. Would reblogging something as a private post be a way around this? Essentially what I am asking is, "If I reblog someone's post as a 'private post,' does it still alert him/her to the fact that I've reblogged it?"
Why won't tumblr let me reblog?
Tumblr wont let me reblog anything either! it happened last night same with you. i have items under Queue that are reblogging but that's it. cant figure it out either >>>>***I just figured out my problem maybe yours too. i have internet explorer (which isn't the best) i went on tumblr on my moms computer and she has firefox! i could reblog items If you have internet explore download firefox and then delete internet explore this will solve it hopefully for you too. >>>>tumblr made some changes so its different with different internet browsers. the internet explorer and maybe some others wont allow the pop up you got to check under add-ons and like reset that, i just found it easier to download firefox
