When I Try To Load Amd Driver Autodetect It Says The Error

"Failed to load detection driver" ATI Catalyst help?

UPDATE: When I tried to install it again with my anti-virus and firewall off, this time it displayed a log of the errors. It says:
"Existing packages
Microsoft Visual C 2008 SP1 Redistributable
Error messages
Failed to load detection driver"
So do I need to uninstall Visual C 2008?

Why is EPSXE(Playstation One) emulator so slow?

"I can run games like Skyrim and other HD games out there"
point being?
this is like saying "my can can go 0-60 in 2.3 seconds, why cant it fly or sail across water"?
you are comparing 2 things that cant be compared... pc gaming and emulation are COMPLETELY different in how your computer handles them.
(emulating something like xenoblade chronicles from wii at max graphic enhancements will require around a 4.5ghz i5-4670K with a gtx 780 Ti to get full speed. sorry but no pc game is even close to that demanding :/)

This is a good read https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#why-do... (same concept for all emus)

anyway first:
get latest emu from here and only here: http://epsxe.com/

then for plugins use

petes opengl2 (not opengl)

use peops Dsound plugin for sound (eternal 1.5 is EXTREMELY old. it was good in like 2001...), there is a newer community created version available here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/peopsspu...

You have crappy integrated graphics (just so you know).

This is the settings i used on my laptop (tho it has a 7670M graphics card)

For gfx ram set it to like 512MB.
near bottom, the "shader effects" leave unchecked. you cant that settings since you wouldnt have the external shaders i have, and it would just give you an error.

the comparability above that you may need to play with.
settings it to 1:2:1 or 1:2:2 should work most most every game. using higher settings may be too much for your weaker cpu. (amd cpus are TERRIBLE for emulation)

And your integrated graphics may not be able to do texture filtering. so near top the "textures" section you may want to turn off.

i usually leave mine to start in windowed mode, and use alt+enter hotkey to toggle fullscreen.
