What's the best type of Bacardi rum for pina coladas?
i found no difference once mixed. i go with the cheaper and it works fine.
How to make pina coladas without a blender? I have a bottle of pre-mixed pina colada, but no blender. Help?
it tastes extremely sweet if just put on ice, unless the ice has melted and been combined with the mix. As for making them, i suggest finding some way to crush the ice. maybe put it in a sealed ziploc (or similar) bag and dropping it, crushing it, or anything else that you can use to crush it

Most grocery stores should have them. Check the frozen juice section. If they stopped carrying them, you can always ask for them to special order it for you.
Rum Substitute( non alcohol )In Frozen Drinks suggestions PLZ?
I bought Bacardi Mixers pina colada non-alcoholic frozen concentrate & Master of Mixes Strawberry Daiquiri/Margarita Mix to make Frozen Drinks But Im a 39 Year Old Mom who does not drink ,My son's Mammie (grandmother) is 57 and she doesn't drink and I want to set a good influence on my 18 year old son who lost his Dad in 1998 at the age of 22 Due to his driving while intoxicated my son was 5 and his step dad in 2007 to an overdose my son was 14 so addictive behaviors with substances I want to be a positive role model for him and i am, .Anyways But we like the fruity drinks with the umbrella's with the cherry's.But i need a substitute for the rum in the pina colada and a substitute for the rum tequila n the Strawberry Daiquiri .1. non alcohol substitute.2.Not water hats what the can says ,since they are going to be frozen and with the ice already being a water base more water makes it diluted ,watery.3.I as suggested Club soda.I dunno with fruity drinks! so any suggestions would be great .I apologize for the winded story.Thanks Gsmom

Bacardi rum,~ 1 can frozen pineapple juice ~ and cream of coconut [buy in grocery store,NOT coconut milk] ok- get out your blender~ dump the frozen pineapple concentrate into the blender.Fill the empty concentrate can 1/2 full of bacardi rum and pour that into blender.Put 1/2 can of cream of coconut in blender. Put lid on and start blender~add ice thru the hole until thick. It will make a whole blender full. it is the best Pina Colada I've ever had. I've been a bartender for 10 years. Enjoy!
What happens if Bacardi hurricane rum is not refrigerated after opening?
How long will it sit around before you use it again? Im not sure what Bacardi hurricane rum is, but it probably has a bunch of sugar in it and maybe some juice if (or fake juice) if it tells you to refrigerate it. Like anything else, it can stay out while you party, but if it is still around the next day or so i would probably toss it to be safe. Its hard for nasty stuff to grow in alcohol, but its better safe than sorry.

The bacardi frozen mixes are in the freezer section of most grocery stores. Its usually among the frozen orange juice concentrates in the can. You can also check the alcohol section in the grocery store for mixes. There are many varieties of mixes available in the bottle that you can just add alcohol and ice to and put in the blender. They have lots of options such as pina colada, strawberry daiquiri, mojito etc. You can use bacardi (or another rum) in any of those mixes and they would taste great. TGI Friday's (the restaurant) makes alcoholic mixers in the bottle that you can just add ice to (alcohol is included).
What is a cheap and easy mixed drink you can make in a blender?
Go to the store and buy a can of frozen Bacardi mixer. The strawberry daquari is excellent and so is the pina colada. They also have margarita mixers also. It only uses i can of mix, alcohol of choice and ice. That's it!! You'll find it in the frozen juice section of the grocery store. You can also use a can of Welchs Strawberry Breeze juice blend. A little cheaper than Barcardi mixers. But still good. For a daquari like drink, Put 1 can of Strawberry Breeze, then add like 1/2 a juice can of rum, then fill the blender up with ice and blend away!! Will be like a slushy!! Save one for me. Delicious!!!

It’s because one’s body is so filled with toxins that one more drink (because you’ve had many recently) shuts you down in self-defense. One of the same reasons we throw up from drinking (or pee a lot), to purge ourselves.An example - at the end of my drinking, my static BAL was around .40 (yes, all the time). I was told (told) that with completely abstinence, it would take 2 weeks to get below 0.20. I guess it’s in one’s skin, cells, organs, everywhere. I could indeed smell it in my sweat occasionally for 6 months after I stopped.Purely anecdotal, but it does say that the standard “one drink per hour” assumes a non-well-pickled person.So that’s for active alcoholics only, and is not at all uncommon.
