Can I cash my paycheck at wells fargo even if I don't have an account there?
I'm from California, and I have a Chase account, but I'm working in New Mexico and there are apparently no Chase banks anywhere in the state. The closest bank is a Wells Fargo--would they cash a paycheck for me? If so, would I have to show extra ID and pay a fee or anything like that? Sorry if this is a stupid question--this is basically my first job, so I 've never cashed a paycheck before, let alone one at a bank I don't have an account with.

How did my Wells Fargo card get restricted?
I'm planning on calling but I'm not able to at this point but I don't understand how it /could/ be limited given how I've been using my card. I really only use my debit card for making online purchases on the PSN store. I do share the PSN account with my younger sister who lives across state, however, in total, from her area, she's made 4 transactions at once in 2013 in April(through PSN only). I haven't used my card since July last year in any manner. Has anyone encountered a problem like this?
