Where Can I Get A Pen Pal In London England

Where Can I Get a Pen pal in London England?

I am a fifteen year old girl and have lived in london my whole life, how old are you? where do you live? i simply love the idea of a pen pal! send me a message or email if you want to be pen pals, it sounds really fun!

What do I send to my penpal in England?

we can buy american candy here,
but what is normal to you, they wont have seen

small rolls of candies
for instance, you have different tic tacs to us
things like mike and ikes we can get anywhere

but when i was younger i had a german penpal
what i liked was getting leaflets from attractions where they lived
sounds boring to you, but they wont have seen anything where you live
so anytime you visit anywhere, pick up the information leaflet

you will need small flat things if they are to go in letters
a fridge magnet from where you live would be another idea

send them a postcard instead of letter sometimes to show where you live or have been
i LOVED having a penpal

Does anyone know how to get a pen pal in england who are beatles fans?

How can I get a senior/elderly pen pal from Ireland, Scotland, or London?

Does anyone still have pen-friends in 2016?

I have a pen friend whom I met in 2006, during my stay in London. Strictly speaking, he should not be pen friend. Because we met in a square and then we had a long walk. But after I returned to my country, China. I sent him a long email. I am not sure if it is because of my excellent command of English, later he went to contact me. Ever since, we corresponded to each other for a decade, ten years. Until the end of last year, my friend passed away before Christmas. It is very sad. Because when I met him, he was already over 70 and last year he was 83. I don’t know how to honor this UK-Sino friendship. Such experience is very rare. Because you met a person just one time, then you keep in touch for a lifetime until death do us part. I later knew from those letters my pen friend in London is a language expert and he gave me much advice on how to improve English even when you already become very good.He also advised me to find a husband as soon as possible rather than pursue a higher degree in academics. Now after I lose this pen friend, I seldom write emails anymore, or more exactly, write long emails. I am also not interested in seeking a new pen friend as it is not necessary. Because a pen friend of high quality is very rare. I can still recall the bench in the square where we once sat together. He often mentioned that bench to me when he was alive. I am not sure if I will visit London again. If I have time or money to go, it is worth going to sitting on “our” bench again to honor a friendship which transcends age and nationality.

Would anyone like to be my penpal for the summer?

I would like to write to a penpal for the summer, and maybe after that too. I'm 19 and currently living in London, UK. Preferably, you would be from the UK, the US or Europe. I would love it if you were from Turkey, cos I LOVE Turkey very much.

You would need to speak fluent English so we can understand each properly. Thanks! :)

How are Americans perceived in England/Ireland?

I'm traveling to London and Dublin andI was wondering what their perception of Americans was like. I know our perception of you is probably incorrect, so I was wondering how accurate yours was. How do English and Irish men feel about American women? Also, is there anything that Americans do that offend you while they're visiting?
