What do you think of the Sherlock BBC TV Series?
It is honestly one of the best, most intelligent shows I've seen in a LONG time. I highly, HIGHLY recommend it! I have been a huge fan of the Sherlock Holmes stories all of my life. When I heard they were updating Holmes to the 21st century, I thought for certain that I was going to hate it. I couldn't have been more wrong. They have managed to update Sherlock Holmes while keeping the integrity of the characters and Doyle's creation absolutely intact. Fans of the Holmes canon will recognize many familiar aspects of the original stories, set into entirely new scenarios in ways that are very clever, a lot of fun, and sometimes designed to play little tricks on the fans of the stories by "changing them up" in ways that surprise them when they THINK they know what a clue means, or how something is supposed to turn out. The show is a virtual scavenger hunt of quotes and scenes from the stories that will keep Holmes fans entertained, and the better you know the stories, the more rewards you find. Benedict Cumberbatch (who plays Sherlock Holmes) is an absolute TREASURE. He is my favorite Sherlock Holmes, equalled only by the brilliant Jeremy Brett from the 1980's Granada series. Martin Freeman is perfect as Dr. John Watson, and plays the role with great feeling. Cumberbatch and Freeman together have impeccable chemistry. They are backed up by the most amazing supporting cast. This show might be set in the 21st century, but it is absolutely Arthur Conan Doyle's characters updated almost seamlessly. I think even Arthur Conan Doyle himself would be so proud and delighted by this show. Here are links to the show from the PBS "Masterpiece" website. PBS has the first season. Each season has three episodes. (Yes, there are only three, but each episode is 90 min long.) Season 2 is not available in the United States, yet. It begins here on May 6, and I can tell you...season 2 is even better than season 1. (If that's even possible...lol.) Yes, like a poster above me said, you WILL cry when you see the last episode of season 2. Unfortunately, there's now the wait for season 3, which is like torture. lol. What channel number is Sherlock on for direct TV in America?
I know it's BBC but I don't think they broadcast that in America, I think they show it on another channel but I have no idea where please help! I've been watching it on netflix but with season 3 coming up I want to record it since I know they won't have it on netflix right away. Is there any other source I could watch season 3 when it premiers?

The best place to watch Sherlock is Series-craving.tv! When you go on the website a few things might pop up, just click close and when you search up Sherlock, click on the episode and then click putlocker. Putlocker loads it really fast! But like I mentioned if there are ads, just close them! Trust me, series cravings is the best!
