Where Do The Very Poor People Get Five Thousand Dollars To Send Kids To The Us

(Native American) Do I get 5,000 dollars when I turn 18 or not?

I'm a registered member of the Tohono O'odham Tribe.

My mom was half and I'm a quarter.
Being a quarter just BARELY qualified me for registration.

I've heard that the tribe pays for all your college (tuition, dorm, living expenses, books) to any college in the world you're accepted to. Is that true? I heard it from a friend who was from the same tribe.

Secondly, I heard that when you turn 18 you get money. Is this true too? I know the US Government doesn't give you money, IT'S THE TRIBE THAT DOES. But how much?

And I've already spent about 40 minutes looking through the internet for answers. I've found nothing that answers my questions. Help, please?

I know that Cherokee can get in the range of 70k when they turn 18.
Well at least according to THIS they do:

I know my tribe is much poorer and the money will be different.

Is 6000$ per month in usa enough for leading a luxurious life?

lts work that out. 6k a month. you own mortgage a 300k or 400k house for 15 years at around 2k a month. so now you have 4k left. you have a car. say a good car. you pay 800 a month and with insurance lets make it an even 1k. you now have 3k left. you got to eat right. you live luxiours so you spend maybe 200 a week eating out. thats 800 a month. (you have now 2.2k left for the month. now you have groceries to buy to stock up the pantry. say you spend 100 bucks a week for groceries.(soda, juice, fruit, chips, frozen stuff, you know the usual) that 400 bucks in that month. now your down to 1.8k. If you are like my gf, she shops every week. spends probably 100 bucks easy on clothes and shoes(she buys on sale and not into the fancy junk. old navy, gap, banana, club monaco, stuff like that, o and shoes) but thats not a weekly thing but its almost a weekly thing. so lets be nice and say you spend 100 for the whole month on clothes and shoes. so we have 1.7k. Now you have a nice big house. electricty, 200 to 300 depending on the time of year, tv, internet, water, utiilites. so lets say that all equalls 150 bucks. 80 for cable and intenet and the rest for water, utilites, and the rest of the stuff. so we are down to around 1.4k or something like that. So 1.4k x 12 months = 16800 you have saved for a whole year if you put that 1.4k into your savings. luxirous, no. comfortable probably. Now granted I never factored in emergency money or other bills. Those are just house bills and car insurance payments. If you got school loans to pay back, more than 2 cars, children that have needs with clothes and food and toys. And whatever else i can't think of at the moment. You still have a few hundred to a grand left after each month. but its not enough to buy you a mansion or wear versace underwear.. hahah.

Why doesn't the government give everybody one million dollars?

I know, right?
