Where In Goa Will I Find A Good Hotel Available On The 2nd 3rd N The 4th Of October

Is it good to visit Goa with friends in month of May?

Goa has two kinds of personalities. Goa, the nightlife hubOne is the party and nightlife hub of the country where millions of people from around the globe flock to Goa. This is primarily between the months of November and February, New Years being the peak point. If you visit Goa during these months be sure to make bookings well in advance since you will literally not find anything otherwise. The prices for hotels also shoot up many folds.Goa, the quiet vacation destinationTwo is the holiday destination you go to just to relax at the beach and want to have a quiet time. This is the rest of the year from March to October. Goa is a much more quiet place, the prices fall down. In fact, lots of shops and restaurants, specially the shacks on the beach stay shut between these months. To sum, if you're looking to have a quiet vacation where you just want to kick back and chill at the beach then May is as good as any other month.PS: Carry some sun block. :P

Is July a good month to visit Goa?

Yes, Goa is awesome in July. During July after first phase of monsoon in India, Goa gets covered with greenery. Beaches are less crowded, clean and look beautiful with dirzzling. You can take long walk and  be all by yourself at peace with almost zero crowd on some of the beaches. For expereince you should prefer beach facing properties or places near beach.Again July is offseason in Goa. You will get stay at dirt cheap rates. Dont prebook your stay (or book only for a day) as better negotiations are available over the counter. Bikes are available at discounted rates for hire.If you want to visit Dudhdhara water falls during the same trip, it makes more sense. For me real Goan experience is monsoon. Though you may not witness sunny beaches, shacks and watersports, Rain compensates for all losses.Goa is awesome in July!!

Is august a good month to visit Goa?

Yes, August is a good month to visit Goa. I have been to Goa twice and both times it was in the month of August. First time it was in the 2nd week of the month and on the second occasion it was during the 3rd and 4th week. One thing you will have to forget about is the water sports. Most of the shacks are closed during monsoon and also water sports are not allowed in the sea.If you are ready to sacrifice the opportunity of taking part in rides and water sports in the sea, you can look forward to have a great time in Goa.During Monsoon, the scenic beauty of this place comes to the fore. As you are aware, Goa is just not a few cities, towns and villages, it is a place where modernism meets tradition. This place is exceptional in the sense that almost everywhere it has a Hill or a beach. If you do not find a hill or a beach then you must be near the river passing through the mangrove forest.Places in GoaThe most happening places in Goa are around the Candolim, Baga and Anujuna beaches. You can also travel to Old Goa, Mapusa, Ponda (including Spice Farms) and Panaji. If you are staying in North Goa, then you can cover all the beaches between Senquirim and Morjim in a day. You can also visit Augoda and Chapora forts. If you are staying in South Goa,then you can cover many beaches between Bambolim and Cancona in a day.Expected weather in GoaYou will have to check the weather in advance. See if it says that the weather will be Cloudy, Partially Cloudy, Rainy, Thunderstorm or Sunny. You can plan accordingly. If it says Cloudy or Rainy, then you can plan to visit places like Old Goa and Ponda. If it says that the weather will be Partially Cloudy or Sunny then hit the beaches. If it says Thunderstorm, then stay put inside the Hotel until the weather improves. The weather changes frequently in Goa, so don’t get disheartened if you see that it is raining heavily since morning. It is surely going to change, so be prepared.PrecautionIf you are taking your car, then do not drive in the night. Most of the roads in Goa are quite narrow and the terrain is hilly.Best wishes for your journey. Have a nice time in Goa.
