Where In Laguna Has A Bus Going To Baguio And How Much Would It Cost

How can i go to pampanga from sta.rosa laguna?

I guess there are no buses that go straight to pampanga. Try looking for a bus that goes to Pasay and or Cubao. If there are none, a bus that goes to Pacita Complex in San Pedro, Laguna. And from san pedro a bus going to pasay or cubao. In Pasay, there is a victory liner station and there are trips that you can choose from. The bus going to Olonggapo or Zambales will pass by San Fernando, Pampanga and the bus going to Baguio will pass by Mabalacat, Pampanga.
In Cubao, along Edsa there are buses that passes by that goes to Pampanga .

How do I go to philippine heart center if I'll be coming from Baguio? Thanks much!?

PHC is along East Avenue in Quezon City, right beside East Avenue Medical Center and across the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Complex. It's not that hard to find. It is near most national government centers like PAG-ASA, National Kidney Institute, SSS, LTO, and Philippine Lung Center. It is also near the Quezon Memorial Circle and the Quezon City Hall.

There's a Sulo Hotel just beside it. If you prefer an apartment, I believe there are many in the area. I'm just not sure if there are vacancies and how to contact them for inquiries.

If you're taking the bus, alight at the bus stop for provincial buses under the EDSA-Timog flyover near GMA Network complex. You should be able to see a Victory Liner bus terminal across the street. It should be fairly easy to hail a taxi in that area.

How to travel from BAguio to Tagaytay?

I just arrived in Tagaytay a few hours ago from Baguio. I left at 4am and got to Tagaytay at 10:30am.

I was in a private car. At the NLEX exit, I went south on EDSA. I wanted to skip the part of EDSA where traffic is bad (Cubao, Guadalupe, Buendia and Ayala intersections) so I decided to take C5. I made a U-turn to take the road beside SM North EDSA and Landmark, passing Trinoma. Follow that road and find your way to UP, but take the road before the UP gate. That will take you to Katipunan, passing thru Mirriam, Ateneo. Drive on passing Libis, Eastwood and onwards to the direction of Global City. You will then find yourself in SLEX.

At SLEX, you can take the Sta Rosa exit, or the Eton City exit. I always take the Eton City exit to avoid the traffic near Coca Cola and Toyota on Sta Rosa Road.

Either way, the road will lead you to Tagaytay. From the Eton exit, it will take you 35 minutes to get to the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay. Another 10-15 minutes will take you to the heart of Tagaytay City.

If you are taking a bus, get off at the Araneta terminal and take San Agustin buses that go straight to Tagaytay City.

None of these (private car or bus) routes will pass the city of Manila at all.

How to go to PCAARRD at Los Banos, Laguna?

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is at the DOST in Los Banos. Laguna. When you get to Los Banos, ask for DOST offices as people will not know PCAARRD.

From Baguio, just take a Victory Liner to Pasay EDSA. From EDSA, take a bus to Alabang and then to Los Banos.

I am sure you know the fare to Manila. To Los Banos, it will not cost you P200 and you will be there.

How to go Pagsanjan from Tagaytay, and some infor about boracay?

Tagaytay-Pagsanjan:

Take a jeepney from the Tagaytay City Public Market, going to Sta Rosa/Balibago in Laguna. From Sta Rosa, you can take a bus to Pagsanjan. Or a jeepney, first to Sta Cruz and then to Pagsanjan.

Boracay:

Google for hostels, hotels, and inns. There are just too many, and with such varied price points. Some people just go around and check out the inns when they get there, even without reservations. There are many inns there, and unless it is Holy Week, you will surely find a room. No need for a jeepney, the inns are there as you disembark from the boat from Caticlan.

Yes, you can also travel from Kalibo to Caticlan at 6pm. But I would recommend that you travel in the morning, to enjoy the view, and arrive in Boracay during the day.

Seen any funny business names in the philippines?

Somewhere in Manila, you can find a turo-turo named Kina Rogers. You can mistake it for Kenny Rogers if it wasn't a turo-turo.

You'll find a laundromat with a name like Labacara. I find it funny as labacara means "face towel" in Ilocano. Labadami is another laundromat's name.

There is also a hardware that sells paints mainly. Its name is Ace Pintura, which is named after Jim Carrey's movie Ace Ventura.

In batac, Ilocos Norte, there is a restaurant with a name like Jubilee. Years years ago when there wasn't any Jolibee outlet found yet in Batac, Ilocos Norte, it was often mistaken for Jollibee.

There is a sari-sari store her in Baguio with a name like Storebucks.

In Sison, Pangasinan, there is a bus stop restaurant with a name like Goat Together. It was named as such because it is believed to be a place where people go together.

There's a Japanese restaurant in Baguio named Kamimura. It reflects the price of their products.

A Mongolian restaurant is also found in Baguio with a name like O Mai Khan. It actually sounds like "Come Here Now" in Ilocano's "Ummay Kan".

And more from bob ong's book:
Aristoback (food outlet at the back part of Aristocrat)
Caintacky Fried Chicken (Cainta, Rizal)
Goldirocks (gravel and sand shop)
Income Taxi (A cab's name)
Goto Heaven (A food outlet for Goto)
TapSI Turbi (Tapa, Sinangnag, Turon at Bibingka)
Washing Well (Another laundromat)
What's Disc? ( A CD Store)

Filipinos are really creative...

For Filipinos: Which city in the Philippines is the best place to live in?

Davao City is one of the underrated cities in the Philippines. If you're tired of the hustles and bustles of cosmopolitan cities, Davao then will be very good for you. You'll have the same perks that a city usually offers, minus the terrible traffic jams and overcrowded streets; and you'll be near nature, too. The cost of living is also relatively lower than Manila or any other cities in Metro Manila. And, if you're itching to go to Manila, it's just an hour plane ride.
One more thing, because Davao City is is Mindanao, typhoons are rare.

Puerto Princesa City in Palawan is consistently awarded as the cleanest and greenest city in the country. The city is almost 100% crime-free and it's a tourist haven. You'll be near the great beaches that are world-famous, great diving sites and river parks like Tubbataha Reef and the Underground River Park (nominated in the search for the world's 7 Wonders of Nature - www.new7wonders.com). And, if you feel like a millionaire, there's Amanpulo Island. You won't have homesickness because Europeans and Americans are daily visitors and many have found homes there. Investing in the area will be very good, too. This is the only city that I can think of that combines your requirements of a metro and beach. And, I'm 100% confident that your beach requirements will be surpassed.
