Where can you get a great inexpensive massage in San Francisco?

The best place I know if is Siam Orchid with locations on both Polk St and Jones St in the downtown area. It receives near-universal praise on the review sites and everyone I’ve talked to has enjoyed their experience.I’m not sure if it counts as inexpensive, but it’s cheaper than options like Burke Williams.

Food budget for trip to San Francisco?

Depends on what you eat/where you get it from.

You can do it for $10/day or $100/day (or more... can also do it for less than $10, technically, but that would limit your options to only a few kinds of food and in a few parts of the city). Pick how much you want to spend then choose restaurants that fit your budget (check Yelp or ask for suggestions here - make sure to mention which area of the city you'll be in so people aren't directing you all the way across town).

Dim sum, hole-in-the-wall Mexican places, pizza by the slice, and small Russian bakeries are your best bet if you're going for cheap (there are other options, too, but those are the most reliable).

What are the best inexpensive venues in San Francisco for hosting a 100-person party with loud music until midnight or 1am?

Good suggestions so far. The problem is both the Saturday, which eliminates pretty much any regular club venue that might be available to "buy out" during the week, and the "BYOB" policy. It may be that school or community facilities work the best, but they often have hours or liquor restrictions. At least they're not necessarily booked on weekend evenings except for special events like yours. I've used community centers in North Bay towns with good success, but don't know the neighborhood options in the city, but places like the Noe Valley Ministry used to host parties. Also, you might look at hiring one of the smaller bay ferries after hours for a bay cruise where noise wouldn't be an issue and the views might be good. Tiburon and Angel Island and Sausalito have smaller ferries, the Larkspur ferry would be too large and probably unavailable. The Tiburon-Angel Island ferry is family owned and might be flexible, they have a few boats of different sizes and only have a snack bar, so might work for bringing your own food. I know they allow alcohol on board but don't have a kitchen (not surprising on a boat that size - and if they did, they'd want to provide catering), and do special runs for fireworks and special events and even sunset cruises on weekends.Good luck!

Wing Lee BBQ Restaurant. $5.30 for an overflowing lunch box of rice with the choice of two accompaniments. There are two dozens of accompaniments to choose from. They vary from fried fish chunks with vegetables to stewed beef with daikon. They usually give enough food to last two meals.

Pet Smart and many of the other small private pet stores carry Blue Buffalo and Blue Wilderness. Read the ingredients on the different dog foods at the pet store. They are the best quality but pretty expensive especially when you have more than one dog.
