Which Facial Piercing Would Suit My Face Best

How to decide what facial piercing will suit you best?

Generally, a person with their lips as a prominent feature on their face look better with a monroe piercing. It's just above the lip so it doesn't take away from them and you can still wear lipstick without it looking weird. Black girls look pretty to me that have diamond monroe piercings.
I think if you're going to get a nose STUD, you should have a small nose. The stud will make it look more delicate and classy. However, if you are wanting a nose RING, you could have a bigger nose.. But by big, I mean wide. A ring fits nicely over and under the nose, so you don't want it to look out of place.
Personally, I like eyebrow piercings the best. They accent every eye colour because you can wear any colour barbell in it. I think the rings look a little ghetto and if I had an eyebrow piercing I would wear a barbell in it- with two little diamond balls on the ends. That would be really cute!
Or, if you don't like any of those, you could always get more ear piercings! I have a tragus piercing, and I really like it but I also like rooks and daiths, or an industrial would stand out!
Good luck :)

What facial piercing would look best on me?

If you really want a lip ring you should definitely get one. For your face I would NOT recommend a center lip piercing, its just the wrong shape for your big eyes and full cheeks (these are good things, you're a very pretty girl). For you, I would recommend a side lip piercing.
Be sure to tell the piercer you want placement to be for a RING not a stud. If the piercer does not know you want to wear the piercing with a ring, he/she might pierce too far down on your lip and you may not be able to fit a ring on there. For the piercing to be appropriate for a ring, the hole should be close to wear the fleshy pink skin of your lip starts.

Also, be sure to do your research on piercers in your area. Look online, ask the piercer to see examples of their work. Ask to see their sterilization process and autoclave machine. You should feel very comfortable with the piercer and they should be more than willing to show you these things. If for any reason you or your mom doubt the safety, shop, cleanliness, professionalism, piercer, or shop staff, PLEASE leave and find someone better. It is not worth risking your health!

Finally, be sure to take care of it properly. If you do get pierced with a ring, be careful not to snag it on anything, as this can seriously irritate the piercing while it is healing. Also, be sure not to touch it when you are not cleaning it. Do not play with it, do not touch it with unclean hands, and try to avoid getting food or toothpaste in the piercing. If you get anything in it, be sure to wash your hands and then clean it with some water (distilled) and a q-tip then don't touch it anymore. Follow the guidelines your piercer gives you, and you should be fine.

Happy piercing!

Facial piercings for round faces?

I want to get another facial piercing, I already got the left side of my nose pierced, but I was wondering what piercings look good on a round face? I was thinking about getting a monroe on the right side, what do you think?

What Facial Piercings Would Look Best On A Round Face?

Nose piercing :)

What facial piercing does every girl look good with.?

There is no facial piercing that suits every person.

If you have a round face, an anti-eyebrow is probably going to look a little odd. It would be a set of bumps sticking out from under your eye. The better reason to reconsider the anti-eyebrow is the fact that it is a surface piercing and VERY likely to reject. This means your body will push the jewelry out in probably a matter of months. I have seen (and personally had) anti-eyebrows and NO ONE I have met so far has been able to keep theirs happy for over a year. Many anti-eyebrows are gone long before that.

If you aren't sure what will look good on you, start looking at LOTS of pictures of piercings you would consider. While you're at it you can also look at how long it takes to heal, any potential problems there may be, etc. You should always know as much about a piercing as you possibly can before you have it done.

I suggest heading over to http://www.bmezine.com/pierce/bme-pirc.h... and checking out piercings that sound like something you would consider. If you find one that you LOVE you can check out the BME encyclopedia section to learn more about it and personal experience stories to see what people who have it think of it.

Monroe piercing - what face shape is best for it?

I have a heart shaped face, and my mum said the only facial piercings I'm allowed to get are nose & monroe, so I picked monroe :)

So cos I have a heart shaped face, would it suit me?

Oh & how much does it hurt?
I have high pain tolorence, but I also have low pain tolorence.. so lets just say my pain tolerence is low :)

Monroe piercing - what face shape is best?

Judging from your avitar and you stating you have a heart shaped face, i would actually personally say go for the nose piercing lol. Heart shaped faces have been known to suit monroe's , but i have seen very few people who i personally think can pull one off well.

Then again , iam being just a tad biast, as i hate moroe peircings lol.

What’s worse: facial tattoos, facial piercings or gauges?

I’d probably go with facial tattoos, but it does depend on what they are, their quality etc. Whenever I’ve seen someone with them, they’ve been a little scary IMO. They’re quite often big, overly muscular, the quality of the tattoo ink and design are poor, and you wouldn’t mess with them. Aside from that, Ive seen one or two people with tattoos on their faces that really suit their style and overall look, and so look great on them. It really does depend. Also, though it’s gradually becoming more acceptable to have visible tattoos in the workplace, people with facial tattoos are unfortunately turned down jobs much of the time, and this makes them the “worst” out of the three for me.I have no issue with facial piercings, my partner has his nose pierced and one of my friends has several around her lips/mouth and nose. Provided they’re not covering every little piece of your face and they’ve healed nicely, they can look pretty good. Gauges are okay, I wouldn’t have one personally because 1) Ouch and 2) They quite often smell like rotting flesh, but kudos to whoever has them and has cared for them properly to ensure that they don’t smell. They can look awesome sometimes!Really though, it doesn’t matter what I think! Anyone should do whatever they want to their face, body etc. Their body, their rules!

Would a philtrum/medusa piercing suit my face? (pics)?

I would love to get some facial piercings, a bridge for sure, but I'm unsure what kind of piercings around the mouth would be fitting to the shape of my face. I'm thinking of the Philtrum + a stud below the lower lip (I think it's called labret piercing?).
The only one I wouldn't consider is the eyebrow piercing but I'm open to other ideas involving the mouth and/nose. I'm looking for two piercings beside the bridge that would compliment each other. Thanks!
