Which Is Better Chrome 37 Or Firefox 32 Why

What makes Chrome a better browser as compared to IE or Firefox?

Firefox Quantum, as per my opinion.Firefox Quantum has overcame a lot of issues that held it back from becoming the best browser.Which is why Chrome was the best until the release of Firefox Quantum. But, now I personally don't feel Chrome is the NOT the only best browser anymore.I've been the biggest fan of Google Chrome and other Google products. I never thought I would switch from Chrome to Firefox. Which apparently happened after release of Firefox Quantum. Why it is not a Bad idea to make a switch to Firefox?Believe me, I don’t switch things that I use regularly. And Chrome was one of those things. But if as I started using Firefox Quantum, I never thought of going back to chrome. So, what made the difference?First things first.Chrome and Firefox have their own weaknesses & strengthChrome Strengths & Weakness -Weakness -Bad Memory management (It uses lots of RAM)Weakness -Tracking (Google collects lot of data)Strength - Speed & User experienceFirefox (Old) Strengths & Weakness -Strength - No TrackingStrength - Best Memory Management (Uses less RAM)Weakness - Speed, Speed and SpeedSo, considering SPEED is the Most important criteria for most people, chrome had become most widely used browser. But Memory management problem still existsBUT, now in the new Firefox Quantum, the SPEED has improved a lot. Now we have Speed, Less memory usage and also No tracking. Now Firefox Quantum has everything Chrome has and additionally it also has Great Memory Management. So, now Firefox is better in most aspects than Chrome. Also Mozilla has added many more great features to Firefox Quantum browser. So, there’s nothing wrong to say that Firefox Quantum is better browser than Chrome.Hope it helps|Susheel Karam|Follow me on Twitter @Susheel_karam

What is the latest version of Chrome for Mac that supports OSX 10.6.8? Where can I download it?

Verson 25.0.1614.71. You can get it here. http://ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/25.0.1614.71/mac/.Good luck, it is running in my 1181 1,1 (early 2006) Macbook like a charm. Fast, stable and youk perfectly with HTML5 apps. You may also try with Chrome 37 and Firefox 45.7. Excellent browsers.

Why is Chrome for Mac not 64-bit yet?

There is little (perhaps no) benefit in having a 64-bit Chrome: you pay twice as much memory for every pointer, despite it being rare for web pages to need even a gig of memory. The reason we made a 64-bit Linux version is due to common Linux distributions like Ubuntu having poor support for 32-bit binaries when the rest of the system is 64-bit.  Windows and OS X have better support for mixing 32 and 64-bit programs.  (The reason there is some code for 64-bit parts on Windows is related to Native Client; I believe that is only parts of Chrome, not the whole thing.)I believe OS X is moving towards 64-bit only, so I suspect it's likely we'll release a 64-bit Mac version at some point.  I suspect it wouldn't be much harder than flipping some compile-time flags; due to the existing 64-bit Linux port the code is pretty portable already.

What is the best browser for Mac OSX 10.6.8 now that Google are no longer going to support it?

The whole upgrading hysteria that is going on now, is part of making fine, perfectly functional computers and telephones into something more similar to terminals connected to the cloud, than independent machines. Now we need to deal with Google Chrome being discontinued for “old” mac’s, as well as updates to Safari for those platforms. Although I also have the newest platform on my laptop, I really prefer working on by big mac running Snow Leopard (10.6.8), which in my opinion is the best and most stable OS ever.I resent this development for two reasons. It forces me to leave my perfect - and paid for - platform if I want to be connected, and I resent it because it is being forced on me. The reason both Apple and Microsoft are doing this, must have something to do with their need of monetizing our computer use, something we let them do by letting them track everything we do, and making us pay for a “service” rather than buying a piece of software to use forever if we choose to.As I see it, we risk losing control of our data, and to me, as a musician with a great working setup, investing in new equipment is just plain wasteful. I think that the hippie gurus of the tech revolution back in the 1960’s and 70’s would be very unhappy to see that users are so willing to give up their independence, and risk becoming clones, tied into some corporate strategy. As customers and users of IT it would be nice if the upgrades always includes some sort of enhanced backward compatibility.

Can't see youtube video titles, channel names, likes count, etc??

This problem has been driving me mad, this is what my Youtube looks like http://oi61.tinypic.com/spc32e.jpg
I can't see the titles of the videos, if I click a video I can't see the uploader name and ratings count, among other misc things, also missing-text related. It's actually not missing, because I highlighted what looked like the empty space, pressed ctrl c then ctrl v on notepad and it displayed the text that was supposed to be displayed on the site.
I'm using Chrome, and I tried disabling all few extensions I have, resetting Chrome, and even uninstalling and reinstalling altogether, NOTHING changed, the text is still invisible. Note: I checked Firefox and it's working fine there. I don't want to switch to Firefox again after it kept crashing on me and deleting all my prefs/addons etc.
