Virgo, without a doubt. Virgo is the sign of the perfectionist. Most of us are very critical, not only of others, but of ourselves as well. We over-analyze everything and pick apart every fault, so if that fault-finding gets turned inward, you could only imagine what might happen. If the drive to be "perfect" gets pushed too far then a virgo could go from simple self-improvement to body obsessed. So, you would have someone who would be very likely to get plastic surgery. As Worldy Love already pointed out Michael Jackson and Heidi Montag are two examples of Virgos who had loads of plastic surgery, and Lil Kim is a Virgo too. EDIT: Ah, you're right, she is a Cancer. Why did I think she was a Virgo...? :) Anyway, I do think that just about every famous person has plastic surgery, sure, but there are some who take it really far. When it gets to the point where other famous people are talking bad about them, you know it's not good.

whenever i ask someone their sign and they say ‘'i don't believe in that stuff’, my next question is “"are you a Taurus?”.it's uncanny how often they are. and when i proceed to tell them about themselves from a little astrology and a little intuition — things few people if any knew about them much less a perfect stranger — the common response is ‘yeah, it's all true, but so what. i already knew that’.even the few readings i've done for ☉♉︎ clients have been awkward — as if they don't believe me eventhough they are paying for my expertise.
