Who Do Yall Think Will Win In The Mayweather Vs Maidana Match.

Would Jackie Chan beat Floyd Mayweather in a street fight?

Jackie Chan’s martial arts background stemmed from his training within the Chinese Drama Academy. Along with long-time friend and director Sammo Hung, they learned how to perform martial arts movements in a convincing manner. To my knowledge, Jackie Chan has never been a serious martial arts competitor. That doesn’t mean that I can’t appreciate his movements and the choreography of his movie fights. I think they’re fun and generally well done. However, movie choreography and street fights are two entirely different things.Mayweather, on the other had, is a trained fighter with considerable experience under his belt against many tough opponents. His strikes are both fast and powerful. So, Mayweather against any amateur boxer would be little challenge for the professional fighter. On the other hand, if you’re asking about Mayweather vs. an experienced, full contact martial artist, that may have a different result. Boxers aren’t trained for kicking, throws, Shuai Jiao, Chin Na and other elements that are natural parts of a many martial arts training regimes. On his feet, Mayweather is a formidable opponent. On the ground in a leg lock or shoulder lock, maybe not so much. The goal is to make sure you don’t get hit before you can take him down to the ground. Otherwise, any martial artist would have a difficult time against a trained athlete and professional boxer such as Mayweather.

Why is Manny Pacquiao using Justin Fortune (who used PEDs as a fighter) as his strength & conditioning coach?

He had Fortune on his team when the PED suspicion started cropping up. Then Alex Ariza came along. It is really suspicious that Pacquiao had those two associated with PED on his camp when he was easily demolishing bigger foes. The demand for catch weight could really be a smoke screen to cover what those two had been doing to mysteriously transform Pacquiao to a Tasmanian Devil-type fighter in 2008-2010. There's more than meets the eye in Pacquiao suddenly losing his freakish strength and punching power when Mayweather came up with the demand for OSDT in mid 2010 and when the PED use issue started to go viral in the boxing scene since then. I find it also more than just coincidental that Manny suddenly became open-minded to PED testing after junking Ariza in 2012 whom his own trainer Roach confessed to giving Manny some mysterious drink during training. After losing to Bradley and Marquez whom his camp suspected of juicing, Manny suddenly wanted his next foes to be tested. Isn't this poetic justice? He started with Bam Bam Rios, another guy suspected of using PED but the test proved inadequate as Bam Bam came up positive of using banned substance in post-fight test. Given the that, the test the Top Rank camp has adopted could just be a window dressing. Manny and Bradley are undergoing the same test just the same. Fishy if you ask me. Especially with Fortune back in his team.

I always believe that the phenomenal performance of Pacquiao at higher weights could be explained by the theory that Manny could be really a weltereight waiting to happen when he ws still fighting in the lower weights. But given these confluence of facts and factors, I am now inclined to believe that there is more than natural in the quantum leap-like increase in his strength and vitality from his last fight with Marquez in early 2008.
