Can your phone company find out what websites you go on on your phone?

Can a cell phone company find out what websites you visit? In theory, yes.
Do they log this information? No.

If you were to call your cell provider and ask them what websites you've been to, all they'd be able to tell you is that a data transfer happened, when it happened and how much data was transferred.

The information regarding which website, IP, etc. Is not stored during the normal course of business and cannot be retrieved once the transmission has ended.

The time, date and amount of data is necessary for billing purposes. Storing and maintaining all the info about where you went and what you saw would be enormously expensive and doesn't benefit the wireless company in anyway. They don't do it, because it doesn't make business sense.

Even with a subpoena, all the wireless company can do is assist law enforcement with setting up an intercept, then it would be law enforcements responsibility to monitor the usage. Your wireless company does not.

How do I find what websites users are going to after they leave my site in Google Analytics?

The common question:I would like to track where my site's visitors go to after they leave. Is it possible to place a cookie or some sort of code on their browser when they visit my site, and then later if they go to Facebook, my cookie will retrieve the browser's URL data and send it back to my server?Google Analytics does not allow you to track your website visitors after they leave your website. You can only track when the visitor returns back to your site for a repeat visit. You can track when people click on your links and leave the website, but this is only for the links on your website that you control. You just need to add some javascript to your links to make it look like:The link with j/s code should look like:Outbound LinkAs of July 2018, tracking visitors after they leave your website is not possible. This is also a privacy issue and if you were to track people without their consent, you will most likely be breaking the law. In the European Union, there is what is known as the Cookie Law. It would forbid you from tracking people without consent. Now there are malware/spyware that has been around for many years that can track what you are doing, take screenshots and send the information to the controller. But now you are playing in the field with the NSA, CIA and hackers. If you want to go down that path, you may want to make sure you are working for the government.
