I only care who wins the nomination - I have a 15 silver piece bet that Obama and McCain are the final folks, and I made this bet nearly a year ago with 5:1 odds, so I could be raking it in if Obama pulls through! Other than that, why should anyone care? When Clinton was president, I was poor. When Bush was president, I got much better off financially. And neither he, nor Clinton, had anything to do with it. It is about time that the country stops putting the blame/credit on the president for how well they do and start making their own destiny and their own life. The presidential race is nothing more than a soap opera that lets the people pretend for 18 months like they actually have a say in how the government is run.

I think she should run when she turns 35. She might be too smart and sane to consider it though. If she is thinking about it she has lots of time to think up, and critique, a platform.

Hillary Clinton would be nice. We are due for a woman president. Having said that, I don't follow the candidates or even Hillary's policies enough to make that call, yet. I'm assuming they would be on line with Bill's, which were excellent.

Trump is not at the point in his life where he is so committed to be president that he will walk away from everything he has. Dave Ramsey is just a popular money guy, not a politician. Senator Jim DeMint could win. The rest of the Republican crowd is not electable because they won't stand firm when it comes to making tough decisions.
