Certified Letter from SC DSS?
About 45 days ago I was a victim of Domestic Violence. DSS contacted me advising since it happened in my home they needed to meet with my children and I. The meeting went well and I never heard anything else. She stated she had to talk to the "aggressor" and get his side as well. I am now getting notice of Certified Letter from DSS being held for me at Post Office. Any ideas why I would be getting a letter?

If they have a court date, you have to go to court and fight it. They can do nothing without a court order. Write the company a letter, disputing the charges. They will counter immediately with a letter saying that you owe it. Keep sending them letters disputing the charges and keep copies of all correspondence.
