Why are Taurus men so possessive?
Is it bc they're insecure? My Taurus ex would get pissed off if he heard from somewhere that some guy liked me or was pursuing me. Thereafter he would try to show his authority over me, to people, like at a party if I'm talking to some guys, he would come and put his arm around me. Or post pictures of us to show other people how I was 'his'. How do people tolerate being in a relationship with a Taurus?! Ugh I hated how he treated me like an object. Are all Taurus like this?!

Why is my Taurus man so possessive at times?
He's a Taurus sun with Leo moon, Scorpio rising, Gemini Venus and Taurus Mars. He can get quite jealous and possessive and over protective at times, he's a great guy though. Why does he get like this? I'm a Leo.

You are the 5000th person who agrees with me. Taurus = CLINGY. No doubt, and No I'm not generalizing one bit. I hooked up with a Taurus mooner, it was great and all but me being an Aquarius -- I thought I could light heartedly pass it off for a one time thing. He blew up my phone with a ridiculous amount of BBMS, texted my friends to see why I wasn't responding and so on. I got really annoyed, because I was napping LOL and he was blowing up everyones phones only a couple days after we hooked up..Stage five clinger?YES! And he even assumed I wanted a relationship, and I never even hinted towards that. Basically, being an Aquarius it would be impossible to take, I can't imagine ever being with someone so smothering. Sometimes I just find Taurus men to be extraordinarily possessive and stalker like. Other than that, I have a lot of friends who are fun and they are Taurus, they are just not the best to be romantically involved with.
Taurus Men Controlling, Jealous, & Possessive?
I've been dating this Taurus guy for about 2 weeks now. Certain behavioral patterns show that he might just be a tab bit controlling/jealous...but I think he's trying to hide it. Why are Taurus Males so Possessive?
My bf is a Taurus and while he isnt the jealous type... though he can be jealous sometimes, I find myself wondering why is he so gosh darn possessive? He always holds me real close to him and says "Mine" just like a little kid. And any time that he feels another guy is threatening his position, he goes into full bull mode almost like a real bull (i can almost see him stamping and snorting and ready to charge). I can't help but wonder, why is he like this? And most other bulls i know are territorial and possessive as well... Do Taurus people get jealous and possessive over their friends?
Yes, the case is the same with my Taurus friends, although they don't resort to "rebound" friends they just get a bit jealous. I try not to talk about my other friends with my Taurus friends because I know it makes them uncomfortable. My Libra friend is also the same, she's possessive with friends too. I find that irking, jealousy should be present in romantic relationships only imo. Cancer.

I've heard these things also. Having a triple Taurus brother, I can say from experience that I've seen how he treats his girlfriends. Taurus men are typically chauvinistic, and this side really shows itself in relationships. The way they treat their "little woman" often borders on misogynistic. As I'm sure you've noticed, it's all about control and possession. That's what this Sign has in common with it's opposite, Scorpio. Both have a strong sexual appetite and a desire to dominate and/or control in relationships. You're right to be cautious, but there are some good, evolved Taurus males out there who are more protective than possessive, more loving than controlling, and more devoted than jealous. I must say, if you find yourself stuck in a relationship with this kind of lowly Taurean, please don't stick around hoping things will get better. This Sign will more stubbornly resist change than any other.
