What does it mean when you have no water signs in your chart?
In THEORY no water signs means that you are less in touch with your feelings , less empathetic, sympathetic and possibly less able to connect with others in a really intimate or genuine way. Water has a lot to do with relating or bonding in ways that are more deep but more subtle than fire and air signs who are generally talkative. Air and fire signs will bond through their ideas opinions and shared experiences. Water signs have the ability to feel what you feel or can at least consider what another might feel in certain situations. The person that comes to visit you in the hospital long after everyone else has stopped might be a Pisces, the person that barely knows you, but invites you to Thanksgiving dinner when you can't make it home for the holidays might be a cancer. The person who follows you to the restroom to give you a pep talk after you've been insulted or humiliated on the job might be a Scorpio. Note that water signs are also considered feminine and have to do with nurturing care taking, healing. intuition and psychic ability. The masculine signs of fire and air are more ego based. If a thing does not directly impact their lives or have some significance to them, they may feel it's not important or none of their business. Everyone has all houses of every element in their birth chart; So it's possible that you have no planets in water signs, but that you have some of your planets in the 4th, 8th or 12th houses. Those are the houses that belong to waters signs. That will give you some water energy.
Does anyone else feel like Air signs are more compassionate than Water signs?
I don’t know if we are necessarily more “compassionate”, but we are more idealistic and we want to help people on a broader scale. We have an idea of what we think the world should be and we try to live or lives in accordance to what we feel is right because we usually have strong values. When we see other people in need of help, we feel obligated to because we can’t justify NOT helping. Which is probably why your Libra friend helped with the relief effort in Haiti and why your Aquarius friend volunteers. Both water and air signs feel the need to help people, we just do it in different ways. If you are having an emotional crisis or just got done with a bad break-up you would probably want to talk to someone who can personally relate and sympathize with you, and water signs are great for that. Whereas air signs might try to go in and FIX your problems instead of just listening, because that kind of stuff makes us feel uncomfortable and we don't like getting caught up in it or wasting time on emotions when we can be moving forward and resolving things.
Why is so rare for two fire signs to hook up?
I often see earth hook up with earth, water hook up with water, and air hook up with air. But I don't think I've ever seen a fire/fire pairing. Why is this? Can they not handle someone else like them? If no, then why? Are their egos too big? Too fragile? Please explain. Btw, not hating on fire signs. Just curious based on my observations :)
Are Earth signs boring?
Earth signs are only boring if someone is so shallow that they need constant entertainment from the people they are around. Enthusiastic Fire signs can be tiring, and can be self-centered. Water signs can have great empathy, but can also be touchy. Air signs can talk ... way too much, so you wish they'd shut up (I have 6 planets in Air). Earth signs are boring at time. But Earth signs are also soothing ... they are the first person you should turn to when you are troubled or want to calm down. They are even better than Water signs at making your soul smile. And if you have a problem that you can't figure out how to solve in your life ... Earth signs understand how these things work. An Earth sign can hate a Water sign is there are negative aspects between them ... such as one person's Mars being 90 degrees from the other person's Moon. Or one person's Saturn being 180 degrees form the other person's Sun ... or any other number of negative aspects that could exist between two charts. You really aren't going to tell much of anything if all you use is the Sun sign.
How can I communicate better with Water signs?
Im not a water sign BUT Im a virgo who has deal my whole life with water signs, since my mom, son and sister in law are cancers and my gransmother was a scorpio. water signs are not that hard to understand they just hard to deal with when people like us such as taurus, virgos and capricorns which are earth signs are not very sentimental about people who break out in tears for any little thing. now, we are not heartless but we do get annoyed easily when people cry for any silly stuff that has a solution and we feel uncomfortable telling water signs the honest truth and being straightfoward when water signs take every single word you say as an offensive matter which turns to bad communication and understanding. Remember you have a capricorn rising and a virgo venus meaning you are not a cry baby, you can be tough in emotions and try to handle anything with strenght not tears. The rest of the signs are balanced but aries can be a hard cookie as well, so the sentimental signs you got are basically leo and libra. You have to be prepared for water signs when they need a shoulder to cry on and you have to be more of a listener and advicer instead of a critical judging person which makes water signs ticked off.
Are air Suns with water moons usually imbalanced or unstable?
“All anyone can see in a birth chart are tendencies that will become facts if the person does not do something to alter them.” (Isabel M Hickey) In other words: Air sign Suns, with Water Moons, often try in their youth to use logic with their emotions. This doesn't work very well, since emotions have nothing to do with logic. At some point ... very early in their life, or later in their life, they figure out HOW to accept and relax with the basic illogic of emotions, and they become emotionally stable. You see .. our chart is an influence on our inner needs, and we have the ability through self-awareness to deliberately re-shape ourselves.
Is life easy for all the fire signs?
Do they even experience pain or hurt or suffering? I'm talking about Aries (the selfish, uncomplicated sign), Leo (the self-centered, attention seeking sign who's the golden child), and Sagittarius (the over optimistic, over achiever, self-righteous sign).
