Is there a way to copy my Borderlands characters on the same PS3 but different user account? I just created a user account for myself, I tried copying the whole Borderlands profile data and my 2 characters but when i try to play them, it says "Unable to load save data from a different user. Please select another save or begin a new game." I really don't want to start a new one because my characters are a level 42 soldier and a 47 siren. I tried deleting the original data on the other account (testing it on a level 4 brick) but it still says that. I copied the brick back on to the other account after deleting it on there and it's playable. How can i copy my data from another user account & play on my new account? (Both of these accounts were created on the same PS3)
How do I get people online to come play Borderlands 2 on the PS3 if I don't have friends?
Start up the game and make sure your network settings is set to open in the game so random people can join you from Matchmaking. You can see your current setting at the top right of the screen above the current players, and the button shown to change that is at the bottom right of the screen. If you have ti set to invite only, then you have to invite people to your game; open to friends means only your friends can see and join your match without an invite; and the open to matchmaking allows random people to see and join your game without an invite.
Could you play borderlands 2 player coop online?
You can play 1-2 people on one console, vertical split-screen, or 2-4 people online co-op. I definitely recommend co-op because the more people you have playing, the tougher the enemies, more XP, and (what seems to me) better loot drops!
How do you play Borderlands 2 on a split screen?
You open the game and then connect a second controller and then pick A or X (depending on console) to activate the second person. However this must be done prior to entering the game (in the lobby)
Is there a way to play Borderlands 2 without Steam?
There could be a way around it via third party apps etc, but it's a hassle. Just download steam then if you look around I know there's a way to make steam run in offline mode allowing you to play games with steam downloaded just not connected to the internet. I actually got mad about this for a while too before stopping and thinking for a minute; the reason companies require this isn't to be a**holes. It's for cloud storage. Whenever your games get saved it doesn't get saved to your HD it gets saved to your accounts cloud storage in the case that you say download the game on another computer or yours fails all your saves are backed up and you don't gotta worry if your computer bites the dust. Very handy tool and I'm happy they do it lol.
Borderlands 2, is it fun to play solo?
Personally, I mostly play solo. It's a really good time, but I can see how after the 2nd or 3rd playthrough you might want to shake things up a bit with multiplayer. Still, a great game.

Sure! Your laptop and desktop (or two laptops, or two desktops) must be in the same local network - connected to the same router (wirelessly and/or wired). After you launch the game click on “Network settings” and select LAN. Then start the game. Your friend must click on “Search game” in the main menu of the game and there will be your game that you’ve started.There might be a problem for laptops and desktops to see each other in the same LAN. But internet says that you just have to set Metrics manually to “1” in your settings of a network adapter in “advanced” for IP4. Just look for Borderlands 2 Lan.
Why is Borderlands 2 offline single player so impossibly hard? I can no longer afford internet at the moment, but I died 379 times today on the ultimate mode before reaching a sanctuary.
The equipped gear is a problem in this case. A lot of us keep the weapon that is sufficient enough that we can play the game without difficulties with our experience. However, once we start harder modes, the game becomes hard because of the equipment that is underleveled compared to our character.Just go back to True Vault Hunter mode and get the equipment from the mission with Geary's ring that you get at Claptrap's place. If you don't know that already, don't get any vehicles at all, nor use fast travel. You also can't die or you'll have to get the Geary's gear again. Mission might be hard, but rewards you handsomely.Hope this helps!
Can i somehow play with my friends Borderlands 2 if he has a cracked version and ima retail player.?
I bought the game thru steam and he download the one from SKIDROW, we are both using hamachi, i already went into "offline mode" on steam and set network options to LAN in Borderlands, but it doesnt seems to work for us. Any ideas?
