Why I can*t to send e-mails?
Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. I was advised to uninstall Javascript and then reinstall the latest version. This worked for me. If it does not for you then apparently it's only in the all new version. Try returning to the Classic version for now. I am also told that the mail is in fact there in your box and is being sent. It's simply invisible in all new mail. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. You need to go into your YA activity profile an EDIT YOUR pRPEFERENCES and enable your email . Verizon RESET EVERYONe'S account proferences.. 1. left click or tap whatever is underneath "answers home" and "Notifications' at the top of the right coukmn to open your YA acitivity profile. 2. Left click or tap "edit preferences in the header.. 3.. In Privacy settings, find the line that says "Can contact me via email 4. Left click or tap the box to the left until a check mark appears.. %. VERY IMPORTANT. left click or tap "Save" at the bottom. Server computers are DUMB. they do NOT save or apply profile settings unless you TELL them to, Yahoo used to do this 3 or 4 times a year and everyone goes crazy when their user name becomes "/". Verizon/Oath is doing the SAME THING. Verizon?Oath has OWNED Yahoo and YA for A YEAR.. there are SEVERAL email problems right now. Yahoo/Verizon can RESET your preferences at ANY time and turn them off. There's been a LOT of maintenance in the last month.. Yahoo had MAJOR security breaches in 2011 , 2013 and Verizon is is now getting desperate to close those vulnerabilities because the hackers are already trying to influence the November 2018 elections. RESET your preferences, IF you can, because Verizon DID turn them off...

Yahoo is there to help use. I use HELP all the time. You can also call Yahoo Hotline 1-866-562-7219. Or this number 1-800-699-2466. And or 1-866-562-7249. The more we BUG Yahoo. Maybe the faster they will FIX THE PROBLEMS.
