Why Do My Legs Turn Blotchy At School

Why do my legs turn blue/purpleish when I'm cold!?

No matter what the issue is you need better circulation. Your feet needs circulation to generate new blood cells, so it can heal the issue.

Any type of issue can be reversed if you get enough blood circulation in the damaged area of the body. THe key is to get new blood cells into the skin. Here are 5 methods that I would use.

1. Hydrotherapy = a powerful method using hot and cold water to move new blood cells into the area.

The most effective way to move the blood and create circulation ) Once daily, you must do a complete hot and cold shower. You will start with hot water for 1 minute, then cold for 1 minute. Re-peat this 7 times so the shower should last about 15 minutes. Another time, daily, you can do a complete hot and cold shower routine again or a partial one just applying the water directly to the affected area. Make sure while you are doing both hot and cold showers that you pay special attention to the affected area and massage it vigorously. If the shower is impossible then use Hot packs and Ice packs.

2. Be sure to drink a gallon of water a day to help purify the blood.

3. Herbs = cayenne peppers and ginger (expecially for hands and feet) move the blood flow like no other herbs or food. Also use herbs to do a colon cleanse to help clear the toxins out of the blood

4. Exercise and yoga will help circulation as well.

5. Also, do a colon cleanse to clean out excess waste and toxins in the blood.
hope this helped you

Why do my legs look all splotchy and discolored when I stand?

I have the exact same thing.
People are always saying "Wow! Your legs are like purple!"
I've gone to the doctor to have mine checked out, and I have very poor circulation throughout my body., (I have it all over my body).

Most likely you do have bad circulation. A way to help when you sit, is to not cross your legs, sit Indian style, or straighten your legs for too long. Sitting this way only makes your legs go numb and lose circulation easier. When you sit, just move your legs every once in a while.

Compression stockings can help as well. They provide support to the veins, which can help them to pump blood back to the heart.
Soaking your legs and feet in warm water for at least 15 minutes a day helps as well. The water helps your blood vessels relax, which help with circulation.
I recommended, when you're at home, just elevate your legs above your heart for at least 30 minutes. So just sit back, elevate your legs higher than your chest, & watch tv =]
Chiropractors and massages are also great for poor circulation since chiropractors help with the flow of the body, and massages help manually with circulation.

Don't smoke, try to stay away from condensed milk products (white refined flour in them, caffeine, & red meat.)
For some people, eating more garlic, drinking grape juice, & taking more vitamin E has been known to help.

And, or course, exercising & eating right can help as well.
If you're not a big exercise person (like me) walk in place while you watch tv for 30 minutes, then elevate your legs for another 30 minutes.

Hope it helps =] it's helped me a lot.

Why does my skin turn purple when I'm cold?

Poor circulation, darlin. If it is a regular thing, you might talk to your doctor just to make sure it isn't a signal of a bigger problem.

Some folks (like me) just have cold hands naturally. My doc says my circulation is fine... but to keep an eye on it.

Take care of YOU, hon. Peace.

Legs turn blotchy red when standing?

It's done this for years now if I remember, I am 17 now and I started to notice it when I was 13. It doesn't happen everywhere too like if I am standing at school in a cool room It doesn't appear. It seems to appear after taking a shower and walking around abit or being on my legs outside for a period of time. My parents are just now taking this seriously thinking it's a circulation problem my question is I played sports up until my freshman year of highschool (Basketball, Football) and I never noticed it and it didn't affect my performance in any way so what IS it affecting?

In the winter my skin gets red and blotchy!?

i mostrize all the time so i doubt its because my skin is dry.

in front of the whole class.
i just want a way to get rid of it.

its just the texture of my normal skin.
but instead of looking the normal color its all red blotchy.

I'm always cold and my nails often turn a blueish purple?

I tend to get colder than most people, even when i bundle up in lots of layers. The only time I really feel content is if i'm decked out in full jacket wear, but that looks awfull silly during school. My school is really cold, it's an old building and the heat doesn't work too well. It usually gets to around 10 degrees F here. When I'm cold my nails will turn purple and sometimes my lips will be blue. This happens a lot! Why am I always so cold??

When shooting meth and missing the vein, should your arm turn red and hot?

You shouldn’t miss to begin with. But it is normal for those reactions, yes. You should hold a hot rag on the miss or run hot water over the miss while gently massaging the knot. It will be sore , but the heat will break down the Dope and u can in a sense still get hi from it getting into your blood via muscles. But don’t be expecting the same rush as if you hadn’t missed…..it won’t happen. Also for about a week or so after you miss if you are continuing to shoot then make sure to (1) hit the vein and (2) make sure to hit ABOVE the miss. That means between the miss and your heart. If you hit below the miss it will just get backed up and not heal very fast at all and you won’t get the full affect of the shot.
