Why doesn't anyone care about Israel occupying Palestine?
Because Israel’s situation is not a matter of feelings, but a matter of ownership.Two neighbors. They are both at their doors, talking to each other.Suddenly, the police comes and say to one of them:- You are guilty of a terrible crime! We will take to a far away place never to return!The guy says:- Please, let me go, I’m innocent!But the police takes him just like that, while his neighbour sees the entire scene.Years pass… 1, 2, 5, 10… the guy taken by the police does not return. So, the neighbour says in his mind: “The guy hasn’t come back and he never will. The house is empty and this means it belongs to no one. I will occupy it and claim it for myself before someone else will does this.”.So, the neighbour occupies the house and starts to use it as if it was his own.But one day the guy returns to his home. And he sees that it was occupied by his neighbour. And when he says that it is his house, the neighbour refuses to give it back… and so the quarrel starts.If you read a little about the history of the Israelites (Jews), you know very what I’m talking about. And now the big question: who has the right to own the house after the guy returns?P.S.: If you ask me, I have absolutely NO IDEA!

Is it reasonable to deny Palestinians a sovereign state?

And as a Jew who fought in the IDF to protect Israel and lost a brother in war.Since the Arabs who now describe themselves as Palestinians have been offered their own nation-state and the opportunity for sovereignty several times—the count varies, but most international entities admit there have been at least 4 offers supported by the UN and/or the US—and the leaders of the Arabs of those now called the Palestinians have outright rejected or never responded to any of the offers, it seems reasonable to conclude the only individuals who have denied the Palestinians their own sovereign state are the recognized leaders of the Palestinian people.As the leaders of the Palestinian people have stated they will not negotiate directly with Israel to try to find a solution, it also seems those currently denying a Palestinian sovereign state are its leaders. Is that reasonable?
