Why does my perfume burn my armpit?
It's definitely the alcohol in the perfume. Just don't spray your perfume there (why would you spray it under your arms, anyway??). If you want the perfume to be there, try spraying it on the outside of your clothes (on the underarm part). Just beware that a direct shot of perfume on clothing could discolor it, depending on the perfume. BTW - try using Mitchum deodorant/antiperspirant. It is marketed to men, but it is colorless and odorless, and is one of the best ones on the market. Realize that among all antiperspirants/deodorants on the market (hundreds, right?) that there are really only two prevailing key chemicals that are the active ingredients among all those. Everything else is fluff (the scents, the way it goes on, etc.).
Why do I have a burn under my armpit?
It's a reaction to your deodorant. It can also be chaffed skin if you wear tight clothes with sleeves or sweat heavily in the armpit region. It's happened to me before so i know. Throughly wash the area with water. Pat dry and then apply hydrocortisone cream or if you really want to do it on a budget, apply Vaseline and baby powder to sooth it.
I used Nair and my arm-pits burn!!?
Guys, I used Nair because I had no more shaving cream, when I used it for my legs, but when I got to my arm pits, no more cream. I asked my sister to use her Nair, ( she learning how to shave ) I put on my arm-pits, waited like atleast 2-3 minutes. Then wiped it off. Now I waited looked at them and boy they smelled. i washed them, put deorderent on, put my fav body spray and i smell better. but right now my arm pits burn like crazy. I set a timer! Is this normal with Nair?? Next time I need to check if I have enough shaving cream before going in to the shower. Please, Please, Please answer my question! Please answer soon!
Shaved my armpits and it burns?
Not gay at all. A lot of guys shave now days. You have razor burn. It will go away in a few days. Don't shave again until it clears up. I shave my armpits and get razor burn once in a while but it rarely happens once you've been shaving for a while.
Armpit burns when i put deodorant on ?
I had a similar problem. I was usually a brand of deodorant and i later switched to another of the same brand just different type. My arm pits itched really bad, turned red, and got all bumpy. Its most likely that your body is allergic. Even though you've used it before for awhile your body is always adjusting itself, it could be that your pits turned its PH level and now its becoming allergic. Switch to a powder one, or gel whichever is the opposite what you have now, see if it helps. Just find another one!
Why does my gel deodorant burn?
So after I shower I always apply the Secret Clear Gel deodorant and it kind of burns for like a few seconds. I used to use the Secret Invisible Solid deodorant and I never had a problem but, since its tank top season I choose to go with the gel.
Why do my armpits burn after I apply spray deodorant?
Well there are some deodorants that are pretty harsh. I do have the same problem. I switched to roll on deodorant because that **** did burn haha I have really sensitive skin and the same happened to me, sometimes I would even get skin reactions that were awful. Some deodorants like dove or sanex are really really good and they don;t leave that burning sensation. Hope it helps!
