Why Does My Lower Part Of My Back Have Pains

I have a pain in cocxiz lower part of my back bone how will get relieve from there i cant sit for a long time.

Hold this pose and then return to the starting pose.

I have heard that you may experience lower back pain . . but is it normal to have pain in the tail bone??

I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and for the past couple of days I have been having pains in my tailbone area . . has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal? . . My mom said that I will probably carry my baby low, which is what's causing this pain . . is that true, or just something she made up?? . . any suggestions as to what I can do to ease the pain??
