Why does this guy stare at me whenever he sees me?

Why does he always smile when he sees me?
I met a guy in a course and he is SO nice and friendly!! He laughs when I make cute reactions, and when the teacher says something funny he will laugh and look at me so we can laugh together. HE IS SO FRIENDLY OMG.. When I saw him in the bus he saw me and smiles and said hey. But then me and my friend were together and when he was friendly to her too, and when he went of the bus he said bye and smiled to her and then to me. Well, I don't know, I guess he is just friendly in general to everyone, and I guess he likes my friend more.. She is so much more beautiful than me, and she is prettier, so I guess he likes her more.. I seriously have no idea. Can someone help me please? Thank you <3

What you need to consider first is how often he does this. If he smiles and waves every time he sees you- then that is a pretty good sign that he might be interested. Your best counter attack is to smile and wave back every time. Keep it cool and casual, always smile. Maybe even stop him after a few interactions and ask him how his day is going. This will make him feel comfortable to approach you and make conversation with you. I good thing to keep in mind is that guys don't usually invest energy in things they are not interested in. Making him feel welcome and interested is very important, so be friendly :)

so theres this guy i know (same one i like) and the other day he saw me and smiled rly big but i had to turn into another room so we didnt hug.. but then i came out and was like with friends and he was with his friends and he kept glancing over at me and me at him (we kept making eye contact) then eventually he came over and smiled and held out his arms and hugged me (read other question for how he hugged me).. what does this mean? just flirting or friendly or does he like me?? Either(a) a super close friend of yours(b) he misses you and your smile probably lightens his day up a LOT(c) he does like you and he’s just being friendlybut tbh even if he smiles and waves at you when he sees you, it’s a good sign. He’s probably that super friendly dude and he likes talking with you, being in your company.

Maybe he's shy & has a crush on YOU!!! He's probably afraid to look you in the eyes, so he looks down & giggles out of nervousness. By feeling insecure & not talking to him, you might be making him feel that you don't like him because you think he is ugly. So, I suggest that the next time you see him, that you try & look him in the eyes, smile big, & say HI!!! The worst that could happen is that he still will giggle & not talk to you; but that's what he's doing right now...so you lose NOTHING!!!
